Szerencsére kevesen voltak ( Covid miatt) Így letudtam küzdeni a tömegtől való félelmet. Az oktató bársonyos,kedves hangja átrepített egy másik világba, míg az első 3-5 percben elkalandoztak a gondolataim, úgy a következő időszakban egyre jobban úgy éreztem mintha fényévekre lennék minden gond és bánatomtól! Ugyan számomra a gyakorlatok hihetetlen fájdalommal jártak de megpróbáltam végig csinálni és sikerült. Ha még így az első alkalom nem hozta meg a várt eredményt,küzdeni fogok!! Nagyszerű érzés volt,nagyon jól éreztem magam! Biztosan beépítem a pénteki programomba! Ezt a lazító mozgást mindenkinek szívből ajánlani tudom!!? Péntek este 17:30-tól! Felkészítő a hétvégére, pihentető, lazító és felkészülés a következő hétre is! Köszönöm,hogy itt lehettem! A Jóga barlang egy kellemes családias hely,egy kis terem a Bikás parki Metróállomásnál,a Lottózó felett,a Ruha Túrkáló mellett! ???? Köszönöm Ritának aki az órát tartotta! Gyertek el nagyszerű hely! Az interneten megtalálható a többi program is!!!!!???? Igen megváltozott!!!!???? Ma(03.18.)megyek 6.-ik alkalommal és csodálatos érzésben lesz részem már nagyon várom!!??
