★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elromlott a csomgautomata, ezért nem tudták elhelyezni a csomagomat. Ezután mindenféle kérdés nélkül törölték a rendelést, így újra kellett volna rendelnem mindent, de mivel utolsó raktáron lévő darabot rendeltem meg, azt sem tudtam. Semmilyen segítséget nem kaptam az ugyfelszolgalaton, közölték hogy a rendszerük így működik. Ezzel nekem elég sok kárt okoztak, mivel éppen a gyors kiszállítás miatt valasztottam ezt az opciót. Azóta kaptam egy 1000Ftos kupont. Hát köszi. Legközelebb kisebb céget választok hátha ott van igény a vevő, még ha ahhoz extra lépéseket kell is megtenni.
The packaging machine broke down, so they couldn’t place my package. Then the order was canceled without any questions, so I should have re-ordered everything, but since I ordered the last piece in stock, I didn’t know it either. I didn't get any help from the customer service, they told me that their system works that way. This caused me quite a bit of damage as I chose this option precisely because of the fast delivery. Since then, I have received a 1000 HUF coupon. Well thanks. Next time, I will choose a smaller company to see if there is a demand for the buyer, even if extra steps need to be taken.
