Az úriember a vonal túlsó végén segítőkész volt, de nem tudta megígérni, hogy a szállítást vállalni tudják, ezért megígérte, hogy megpróbálja egy partnercégen keresztül megszervezni és hogy 5 percen belül visszahív. Én szimultán elkezdtem egy másik vonalon a problémát megoldani, ami sikerült is. A megígért visszahívás elmaradt, ezért én hívtam vissza az Ambulife-ot, akik (számomra így tűnt) a telefonszámom láttán kinyomtak. Háromszor próbáltam meg őket különböző időpontokban elérni, hogy a szállítást lemondjam, mindháromszor kinyomtak. Ha esetleg rosszul értelmeztem a dolgot és mégsem kinyomtak, hanem valamilyen technikai malőr történt, a megígért visszahívás elmaradása miatt jár az egy csillag. The gentleman was helpful at the other end of the line, but he couldn’t promise to be able to take delivery, so he promised to try to arrange it through a partner company and call him back within 5 minutes. The promised callback was missed, so I called back Ambulife, who (it seemed to me that way) pushed me out seeing my phone number. I tried to reach them three times at different times to cancel the shipment, all three times they pushed me out. If I may have misinterpreted the matter and yet it wasn’t squeezed out, but some kind of technical malfunction happened, it’s a star because of the lack of the promised recall.

B	Benedek Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy Pest megyei helyiségből egy budapesti vizsgálatra kellett eljutnom időpontra egy kicsit késtek, de mindent megtettek, hogy időben oda érjünk. Föl hívták a kórházat, hogy kicsit késünk bejelentkeztek helyettem, nagyon segítőkészek és kedvesek voltak. Végigtologattak az összes vizsgálaton még a zoknimat cipőmet is rám adták, mert nekem elég nehezen ment.100%-osan meg voltam elégedve. Ja és szerintem taxival sem lett volna olcsóbb és szerencsétlenkedhettem volna a járókerettel. Ha lenne több csillag én többet adnék. They called the hospital so they checked in a little late for me, they were very helpful and kind. They pushed me through all the tests and even gave me my socks and shoes because it was hard enough for me. I was 100% satisfied. Oh and I don’t think it would have been cheaper by taxi either and I could have been unlucky with the walking frame. If there were more stars I would give more.

A harmadik alkalommal azonban több, mint négy órás késéssel tudtak volna értem jönni. Hiába mondtam, hogy akkor már nem lesz ott az orvosom, nem oldották meg. És még elnézést sem kértek! (A szolgáltatást előre megrendeltem és ki is fizettem.) A mai napig (három hete) nem kértek elnézést. They never came on time, although they tried to bring in the delay and the suppliers were kind. For the third time, however, they could have come for me more than four hours late. Even though I said that my doctor would not be there then, it was not resolved. And they didn't even apologize! (I pre-ordered the service and paid for it.) To date (three weeks), no apologies have been made.

Ma 10 óra előtt felhívtam, hogy megrendeljem, erre ugyanaz az "úriember" azt mondta, hogy 1 és 2 között jönnének. Erre kissé felháborodtam és emlékeztettem arra, hogy tegnap nem ezt mondta. Erre közölte, hogy nem azt mondta, amit számon kérek rajta, hanem attól függően, hogy milyen forgalom van, és egyébként rendeljem meg mástól a szállítást, ha nem tetszik. Hát megrendeltem mástól, fél óra múlva érkeznek.
