A veces no pasan y no avisan.

?? Ebből a távolságból a fele út (München-Budapest) valószínűleg Európa legkoszosabb, legzsúfoltabb "munkásjárata" volt (Párizs-Budapest)... Flixbusszal ezentúl csak, ha nagyon muszáj! ???
Thanks to Flixbus Gmbh for canceling our Opatija-Budapest flight (7.5 hours) and instead the most expedient ones were Opatija-Trieste-Udine-Villach-Salzburg-Munich-Linz-Gyor-Budapest (20 hours) ... ?? Half of this distance (Munich-Budapest) was probably the dirtiest, busiest "commuter journey" in Europe (Paris-Budapest) ... By Flixbus from now on, if you really have to! ???

Have never used this service prior to taking the trip last week from Budapest to Vienna. The bus leaves from very obscure and rather creepy (and I quote my Hungarian friend here, who took me there) location, the Kelenföld station that is very rough. I used the app, it told me it is international bus terminal, and the platform from which the bus is supposedly leaving, neither information was correct. Signage at the station re Flixbus, in Budapest at least, very poor. Since the bus was running late, and the one that pulled up roughly at our designated time had no sign at the front, we all loaded our luggage, and just as we started climbing the bus another driver said this is not the bus for Vienna but for Krakow. He had no idea how to open the luggage hold so we could get our luggage, the actual driver disappeared, so we had some stressful time before we managed to retrieve our luggage, and were told to wait for the next one which apparently will be ours. On the way there, the bus was at least further 15min late on account of the driver pulling in at a petrol station and disappearing inside the cafe/shop section without explaining why or what he was doing. Overall we were way more than half an hour late in a situation where there was very very little traffic on the road, it being post Christmas. The bus was at least clean enough and there was wifi on the bus. I did not use the toilets but others said they were fine. The driver talked loudly in foreign language to his mates on the mobile for large portion of the trip. It was very annoying for those of us in the first 10 rows, I was also concerned about driver's ability to concentrate when he is so focussed and passionate about his personal calls, according to one of the passengers who could understand what was being spoken. Statistics about drivers who are on calls whilst driving and comparative accident rates speak for themselves. The app is good, easy enough to use (when it doesn't give you wrong info about your specific bus' location), it allows you to book a specific seat for fairly minimal charge. The ticket overall, 3 times cheaper than the train, and 4 times cheaper than cheapest flight I could book, which is the sole reason for the 3/5 star rating. Be mindful that all the other destinations and sites have horrible reviews for this service, so be sure to check out TrustPilot which I think has 1.5 star review, and Tripadvisor is not much better either.

I’m going to the outlet. Decided to take the pictures along the way but for some weird reason a person approach me that I’m not supposed to take pictures.. anyway not sure why but if that is the case they should at least put some signs with no pictures allowed

The bus leaves from platform 2 - it wasn’t easy for me to find in the dark. There aren’t too many signs, but follow the pin on Google

Chairs lean back at a comfortable position to fall asleep. Charging station for your phone just in case. Safe drivers. Didn't have any complaints. Will use again. Thanks.
