Felvilágosítást kértem egy termékkel kapcsolatban, egy konkrét kérdésem volt. Ezen múlott, hogy azt választom, vagy egy másikat, mert ismerem az ízlését annak a barátomnak, akinek ajándékot vásároltam. Teljesen félretájékoztattak, így elrontották az ajándékot, olyan típusú édességet vettem amit az ismerősöm utál. Fogalmuk sincs, mit árulnak; minek vannak ott? The supply is indeed plentiful, but the standard of service is low. The two ladies kept discussing their private affairs with each other, which was quite confusing. I asked for information about a product, I had a specific question. It’s up to me to choose that or another because I know the taste of the friend I bought a gift for. I was completely misinformed, so they spoiled the gift, I bought the type of candy that my acquaintance hates. They have no idea what they are selling; why are they there

Kicsomagolás után szemmel láthatólag korántsem volt minőségi az amúgy egyáltalán nem olcsó termék. Minőségi reklamációt, képmutató módon nem fogadtak el miután visszavittem, mondván Ők nem felelősek azért amit árulnak. Megdöbbentő vállalati kultúra. Tisztelettel, Varga Gábor. I would not recommend the store to anyone. I bought a chocolate called premium there. After unpacking, the obviously not cheap product was obviously not of any quality. Quality complaints, hypocritically, were not accepted after I took them back, saying They are not responsible for what they sell. Shocking corporate culture. Sincerely, Gábor Varga.

Wer hier nichts leckeres und passendes auch für Feinschmecker findet ist selbst schuld. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch wenn das ganze schon seinen Preis hat. Very attentive and friendly service, in-depth advice on all sorts of leaky sweets, great gift ideas and fine spirits. If you can't find anything tasty and suitable for gourmets here, it's your own fault. A visit is definitely worth it, even if it all has its price.

When I was looking around to buy a christmas gift from here, the two women at the counter kept watching me, and gossiping amongst themselves, then a young boy walked into the store. I saw them eyeing him down, whispering to themselves and then one of them followed him around because she thought he would steal something. I thought this was pretty rude so I immediately decided to walk out the store, and not buy anything from them because of the poor service. Then I waited outside of the shop to meet up with my friends, and the one lady just kept glaring at me. Definitely not buying here ever. Y’all need to learn how to smile and lighten up.

I got there all friendly and willing to buy nice treats for myself and the family. But then as soon as I came in there it was like I’m some criminal something and these ladies kept glaring at me and following me and they didn’t even offer help me. and there was no smiling or greeting and the only acknowledgement of my presence was some angry glares and a soppasable assumption that I was going to steal something. It made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected - I’ve never felt this way before. You know I was actually shook. And disgusted. And very very insulted. But you know I was nice buy something atleast but before I did that - again- LOOKING AT ME LIKE IM A CRIMINAL. Never coming here again. Better fix your attitudes please.? oh and you didn’t even give me a bag.

But then I went on the 24th of December and Christmas spirit was down to zero. You were rude as I could not believe, no wonder the store is always empty, you hate people and you deserve no customers. I am flabbergasted by the way you treat people. Rude depressed ladies.
