★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a perfect location in the center of 'old town', near Tagore setany. Nice and tidy room,clean white blankets. The wellness side is cool and quite new. We requested breakfast, and it was awesome with huge selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very nice but you can see everywhere that it is not so well maintained. Water in the wellness area was a bit cold, which in autumn is not the best also not all the saunas were functioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place definitely has excellent marketing but at the end of the day it is overpriced for nothing. Room was small and not very clean, you have to walk like 10 minutes for the restaurant which is by the way outside of the hotel building and it is not very great during winter months. Wellness is nice with enough and spacious pools and saunas. Massage, cosmetics and other relaxing options are nice and good quality. Food is below average, for this price I would have excepted better choices than fried fish and rice or very basic breakfast offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was just nice, the venue and the spa was absolutely excellent but the rooms were awful, need to be updated, small, even so I was told the hotel has been updated ? No personal amenities, not even an iron, coffee, tea nothing not even shampoo & conditioner, need I go on.... They did have a small refrigerator with the basics not even offering a complementary small bottle of water as a welcome gift, plus sorry to say, the front desk staff need to be a little more helpful and nice.
Its conveniently located, easy walk to the lake and other restaurants mind you. I was here mid October for a wedding, so it was convenient as the wedding group family were here. Breakfast was OK but spa area & spa service, swimming pool worth the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although, the building is stunning, the rooms are small and could be cleaner. The water pressure is weak, so getting rid of stuff after toilet use is not so easy... The spa is a joke! There are around 20 deck-beds for a hotel of this size. The sun terrace is non existent. Breakfast is very poor and dinner, though tasty not a great variety. Will definitely advise friends to stay clear. OK if the weather is good, but if one cannot go to the lake and it is raining it's Darn boring...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the fact that the hotel is in a good location, the hotel is very dirty. The carpet in the corridors is very dirty, the smell is unpleasant. In the room it is terrible - dirty from the mirror to the carpet . Everywhere there is dust. There is no gel in the shower filler. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.For this amount of money you can find more nice quality.We staying with my husband in room 184 in August 2021

I have to add: when we check out they charge even for small bottles of water .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love to join yearly Tango week end in this cosy nostalgic and peaceful hotel. If you are lucky...you may have 5ge chance to meet the owner Ernest, who would tell you his saga. Don't forget the relaxing spa. The buffet food was rather tasty with good variety
