Incompetents! Brought my X in because the internet would cut off on carrier or slow to a hault. They were unable to diagnose the error even though I was showing it to them live in their face! They took my phone in twice and "couldn't find the problem" that never shows on other devices. I offered to show them with another device or their own sim that my sim is not the problem. They still made me exchange sims with my provider. The issue still exists and i'm now poorer with sim cost and time wasted with my carrier. They never gave me an exchane phone, they didn't offer to reimburse the sim swap amd now i'm phoneless for the next "one and a half weeks" minimum until they ship it to czech rep for further investigation. Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid like the plague! My only regret is that I can't rate for 0 stars/5 EDIT: somehow the czech republic guys couldn't replicate the problem I was able to recreate in less than 1 minute every time after a reset. After writing a complaint into the Guest Book I finally received a new phone. They never confirmed they found the problem :( I called Apple and they explained I should have went to iStyle instead

They changed my laptop's display. The service was really fast and professional. The sellers were very helpful.

I had not need appointment and fixation was quite quick in comparison with Apple stores where I already went in different other countries. Nevertheless the place is not as sick as a real Apple store.

Arrived a few min early to pick up my mac that has been in repair - just to witness the pleasure of an employee to close and lock the door in my face. Could have easily said sorry we are not open yet... Or ohh sorry it took us longer than expected to fix your computer. Wonder why these employees hate the customers?

Costumer Service is a 10 and don't forget to book an appointment before going to the store. The service itself is super fast. It took me around 3 days to get my screen fixed.

Quite underwhelming service. I brought my computer to be checked and they offered me a diagnosis - which to me implied telling me more than the already obvious that the “screen is broken”. After getting an overpriced offer to fix it, I came back to the store to pick the computer and also get the results of the so called “diagnosis” that costed me 6000ft (17€). In the paper it says, ‘the screen is broken’ and nothing else. Everyone who open the computer could have given me the same “diagnosis” for FREE. So, if you are willing to know the details of what is causing the issues, I do not recommend going for their “diagnosis” service. I am super underwhelmed with how it all went down. Feels like a rip off.

The staff was nice, however they wanted to take my laptop for at least 10 days to run a diagnosis, make a quote and then order the part and when finally it arrives, fix it. To change a simple battery this is insane! I need my laptop for work. I wasted 1.5 hour between apple support and this appointment for nothing. Only other options given is to go to Vienna’s Apple Store and hope they have the part and can fix it on the spot… crazy…
