★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az utóbbi időben minden rendelést rettentően hosszú idő alatt szolgálnak ki, a raktárukban kevés dolog van és azokat is napokig tart átadni a futárszolgálatnak.
Bár relatíve vevőbarátok, de az utóbbi időben már szó nélkül átadnak rendeléseket az emagnak, ami teljesen alkalmatlan a feladatra, így az ilyen meglepetés rendelésekkel rengeteg gond van.
Érdemes kerülni most már az edigitalt, elvesztette azt az előnyét ami miatt eddig erős piaci szereplők voltak.

Although they are relatively customer-friendly, they have been handing over orders to emag lately, which is completely unsuitable for the task, so there are plenty of problems with such surprise orders.
It is worth avoiding the edigital now, it has lost the advantage that made them strong market players so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az árakat napközben is módosítják, lehet hogy veszel valamit, de pár óra múlva 20.000 Ft-al olcsóbb lesz már vagy amit kinéztél másnap már drágábban kapod meg. Garanciális szervizelés pedig nagyon bonyolult és Romániában van. Minimum 3 hét mire visszakapod és ha visszakapod sem biztos, hogy jó és még lehet ki is loptak belőle pár dolgot, sajnos tapasztalat. Nem ajánlom őket ezek után.
The prices change during the day, you may buy something, but in a few hours it will be 20,000 HUF cheaper or you will get more expensive the next day. Warranty service is very complicated and is in Romania. At least 3 weeks before you get it back and if you don't get it back it's sure it's good and you might even have stolen a few things out of it, unfortunately an experience. I don't recommend them after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vatera is az Extreme Digital-eMAG Kft.-hez tartozik. 3300 ft-ot fizettettek velem jutalék címszó alatt azért, mert véletlenül aukcióként töltöttem fel egy terméket, amit "megvett" valaki. Azonban nem neki adtam el, hanem valaki másnak, mert ő előbb telefonált. Viszont így is ki kellett fizetnem a jutalékot a vaterának. Még nem hirdettem náluk semmit, azt hittem apróhirdetésként adom fel, semmi nem utalt arra, hogy ez egy "aukció" lesz. Amikor reklamáltam az ügyfélszolgálaton, és kértem, hogy engedjék el a követelést, azt kaptam vissza, hogy "a tudatlanságom miatt nem gondolják, hogy el kellene engedniük". Sajnálom, hogy ez a márka üzletpolitikája, biztosan nem fogom senkinek ajánlani. Szomorú, hogy ezen akarnak meggazdagodni.
Vatera also belongs to Extreme Digital-eMAG Kft. I was paid 3300 ft under commission because I accidentally uploaded a product that someone "bought" as an auction. However, I didn’t sell it to him, but to someone else because he called first. However, I still had to pay the commission to Vatera. I haven't advertised anything to them yet, I thought I'd give it up as a classified ad, there was no indication that it was going to be an "auction." When I complained to customer service and asked them to let go of the claim, I got it back that "because of my ignorance, they don't think they should let go." I’m sorry this is the brand’s business policy, I’m definitely not going to recommend it to anyone. It is sad that they want to get rich on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. After 1 month of waiting to deliver my order, there is still no answer and no possibility to reach them via telephone
Upd: at the end was delivered in about 2 months.
But be prepared that call center is just a loop of auto-replies. You won't get them on the phone.
