★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elköltök egy valag pénzt - millió felett -, majd az iphone 11 pro az iStyle által küldött kártyát nem nyitja meg?
Mi a megoldás? Hiába jár nekem 40.000 forint, fizessem ki kp, ha kell, mert a rendszer sajnos rossz.
A Support vállalhatatlan, konkrétan azt mondta:
“Nem tudom mennyi az Apple Care, küldök egy terhelést a kártyára aztán majd meglátjuk”
Komolyan mondom értelmetlen 8 osztályos balfék!
Mondom neki: El akarsz adni valamit, amit nem tudod mennyibe kerül?
Azt mondja igen.
Majd az Apple központ közli, hogy így jártam, nincs hűségkártya, jöjjek vissza a COVID idején megint, mert ôket nem zavarja a vírus. Járkáljak nyugodtan, ez most nem jött össze.
Kérdeztem milyen kártérítést kívánnak adni így 2 millió környékén?
Kíváncsi vagyok.
Nem vagyok beteg, de ha a FELELŐTLEN APPLE MIATT COVIDOS LESZEK, MERT SZERINTÜK JÁRKÁLNOM KELL 50 kilométereket, azért emberi és anyagi felelősséggel fog tartozni!
