★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and welcoming staff! They take their jobs seriously and make the experience as bearable as possible! Result is spotless. Place is perfectly clean. Their fidelity program is also very interesting. Only thing is I wouldn’t recommend for people with blood circulation issues because the wax is very hot and they only use one type.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional recepcionist, pretending to not understand the type of the waxing service which was requested - it turned out in purpose to close the place earlier. I understand it was Friday, after 7pm, but supposively place is open till 8pm. Everything can be proven by the time stamp of the bank card payment. I was practically kicked out. When i asked about her name in order to speak with the manager, she refused. Additionally, the waxing lady behaved also like being punished for doing her job. The worst experience in waxing services, when actually comfortable and intimate atmosphere is highly appreciated. Thankfully it is big chain, i wrote the official complaint to the headquarter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m only giving them 3 stars and not 1 because the customer service is 5/5. It was really easy to book and appointment and the check-in was smooth. The girls that work there were really nice. But, I paid for the Hollywood and parts of my private area were not waxed. I can’t shave because of thick hair and ingrown so I always wax. But I got home and emailed the company because Brazilians are different in each country, I’ve noticed. So I asked if Hollywood included complete removal on the lips and they said yes. So im very disappointed I paid so much and left a nice tip. I was only on holiday and leaving the next day, I wasn’t able to go back. Also, a couple weeks later now and im having terrible ingrown hairs. So, I believe the proper technique wasn’t used. Also, I need to mention, the wax burns, it was too hot and I tired to tell the tech but she didn’t understand English.
