★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, they seemed really professional. It was a bit surprising that reviews were either really positive or really negative, but hey, they were highly recommended. First, they tell me they would call when the phone is finished, but they send and e-mail, this means I get my phone a day later. In the e-mail they tell me no guarantee for what was done, because the touchscreen was changed, by apparently a rough company, and it is not original. It was changed, but they told me it was original, and they gave a guarantee as well, unlike your company. The money they charged, well, I don't know what is a lot, what a little, but it seemed a bit excessive, for the phone got 2 drops of coffee in the charging docket and would not charge problem, but what is the most annoying is that now I brought my phone back, the touchscreen is playing up and I am not able to set it up! Admittedly, the charging is fixed. I would say, stay clear unless you have the newest model of iPhone 8 or similarly expensive mac-book....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has hands down the worst service, the guy either had no idea what he was talking about or he was deliberately trying to rip me off. To add, he was so appallingly rude and made inappropriate comments about my nationality. I came with two MacBooks, one had a shattered screen, I asked how long the repair would be, he had no idea, I asked how much, again, no idea.. I asked if it was possible to transfer the contents of the shattered one to the one that works and he said no. I asked if he was sure because I've had that done many times before and he said "well... technically I guess its possible"
This is not a hard or complicated request, definitely would not leave anything with them to fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a case and a screen protector here. They informed me thoroughly and precisely about my options. They also applied the screen protector onto my phone (for free). The staff is kind and helpful. As far as I could tell, they seemed well-organized and professional. I am really glad I've found this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite, knowledgeable, and good value. I went to have my LCD screen on my Macbook Pro replaced and it was 50k cheaper than iSamurai. They fixed it quickly too. Highly recommended. I hope I don't have to return for any service issues, but if I do need my Apple stuff serviced then here is where I will get it fixed.
