Egy Asus Laptop-ot vittem vissza másfélév után, amit a laptop.hu-n vettem meg, jó messziről jöttem a dugón keresztül ide félórás autókázással, azt mondták, itt a laptop.hu szervize, az ügyben mentem oda, hogy a laptop kijelzője önszántából megrepedt egy kipattant műanyag keret miatt, bízva az eladók segítségében, garanciálisan szervizelik, vagy bánom is én, ráfizetek... De azt mondták, ez nem javítható... Lehet, hogy javítható, de az esetek 90%-ban nem. Hangzott a válasz. Micsoda? Láttam már olyat, hogy kicseréltek kijelzőt, ne vicceljenek már. Ahogy lenni szokott, mentették a menthetőt, elküldtek egy másik szervizbe, ami mint kiderült, 2 saroknyira van tőlem, a lakóhelyemtől... Visszafele beadtam a másik szervizbe, ahová küldtek, és hát csodák csodájára azt mondták: Javítható!!! Legalább ne okoskodással verjék el a vásárlók idejét... Timely gang ... As usual, they saved the salvageable, sent it to another service, which turned out to be 2 blocks from me, where I lived ... I gave it back to the other service, where it was sent, and miraculously they said: Repairable !!! At least don't beat customers' time wisely ...

Tervezünk a közeljövőben még egy laptop vásárlását. Csak a laptop.hu jöhet számításba. The seller was very kind and helpful! They are fast and flexible.
