★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is really nothing special, obsolete rooms and very poor WiFi connection, when telling the receptionist about the problem, she acted very arrogant and did'nt help us at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spa is old but great, no doubt about that, but the staff in the spa and hotel is terrible. Unfriendly and no help at all, all they care about is your money. I will choose a different hotel next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad smelling room, hole in the floor, nice bathroom, initially no towels but it got fixed, sheets on the bed have the best years of their lifetime gone, terrible breakfast (and I am used to military food), Wi-Fi doesn't work, location of hotel is good, free access to city thermal spa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rated one because 0 was not listed. I have I experienced a very unpleasant experience. I wanted to book a weekend for our 6. like all the normal world I sent a request. I very kindly received an answer with the instructions for payment, I went to the bank and paid the money. The next day a bank contacted me and said that the transfer can not be made without the hotel's pro invoice. I was wright that to the hotel and then agony started. I have 30 e mails with them. I dont know what is a problem but they dont send pro invoice with so many stupid answers.
I would like this to be read by the owner of the hotel and to see how illiterate people are doing at the reception and endanger business. SHAME!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best not the worst but prices are ok. Don t expect high quality or nice deco this efficient hotel with the bath nearby. That is the difference direct access to the bath that are very nice open late with clear hot water. Breakfast fast restaurant medium low. Nothing special just food. But again it s ok clean and staff is always smiling. Easy to find easy to park. Usually retired people or family are coming there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good camping site but not good for cyclists. It is too expensive for cyclists. In fact they don't know how much it is in other camping site. They have a formula that isn't proper for cyclists.
