T	Tomáš Jedno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really expensive in comparison with their offer. We paid 12 euros per person. The pools are old and lot of dirt is floating in the water from human skin to mold. In some pools the water is not clear at all. The tiles are felling off from the walls of the pools. Lets take a look at the picture with the shower. The original color of the tiles is white, the black holes are the missing ones. The grey colored are the with mold and the green ones are with some kind of moss. The food in the restaurant is terrible. They heat up for you everything in the microwave oven. I think nothing is prepared fresh for the customer but the prices are really like in the best restaurants in the town. The lockers are ok. Only one positive is that the place is not overcrowded but it has a reason :)

Forget the world for a moment and relax as much as you can. You can easily find a parking slot, as well there are several good regional restaurants close to it. Ideal for whole day trip. Recommended.
D	Dany Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a Covid hotspot - they do not check any greenpass or nothing. They even advertise to attract unvaccinated people. I am very disappointed by this. The facility itself is rather outdated and not clean. Staff are rude and unhelpfull. Food restaurant and buffet are not good at all, not tasty and not fresh food. Protect your health and nerves and go someplace else.

It's a pity that the big sauna place in underground is closed now, only two small Finnish saunas upstairs are available but it's enough to relax. All the staff in the spa is nice and polite. You can drink the healing water from the thermal spring. I love swimming in the outer swimming pool in winter. ❤
M	Martin Dolog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very clean. When we left in the evening showers had only very cold water. We paid for sauna too which was a bad joke for 8 EUR extra. The worst thing though was that water left our skins itchy which never happened to us before in other places. Never again.
R	Richard Frno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were visiting Thermal&Spa on Saturday, place filled up to winter capacity. Positives: Pools dedicated for swimmers were almost empty, you can swim a lot there. They have little shop and restaurant for lunch and drinks. There are plenty pools with attractions such as nozzles, bubbles etc. but usually these jets and stuff are occupied and you have to wait a few minutes, until that you can chill, swim so it's no problem. Lockers are dedicated for men&women together with place to dress up privately. Negatives: Indoor part of pools were so steamy and the air so humid that older people couldn't breathe there normally. What we didn't like the most was the wind / breeze inside so you couldn't warm up a little indoor. It was unbearable. Pools were dirty, you could see the mess and dirt at the bottom.

What is realy bad is you have to pay all day long entry but you can't leave area to go for lunch to some nice restaurant in the city. There is just one restaurant for hotel guests only and one very bad buffet with junk food. So you have no choice to eat during the day some fresh and healthy food. I leave the spa for lunch with payed all day ticket and when I came back they wanted pay again all day ticket! Yes...and I almost forgot to write - everywhere in spa play noisy radio music, so you have no relax. This is not spa. They forgot what is about spa...I reccomend some.nice relaxation music. But manager is somebody who don't understand to healthy style, relaxation of body, mind and soul. They make from this place some entertainment center.
