★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look a likes luxury wellness hotel with three star rate. Very kind staff, breakfast acceptable but no too many choices. Room is OK, but toilet and shower isn't. Very dirty,limescales, on extractor half a inches dust. And they forget to say when you asking the prices you have to pay tourism tax which is increasing the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very satisfied with the hotel - our apartment was clean with a separate bedroom and a living room -there was flat screen TV in both rooms. We liked the furniture. The beds were comfortable, the bed linen was of high quality. Our family spent three nights in the hotel - we enjoyed the delicious food, the indoor wellness, the kids' room and all the amenities. Also, it was great that there was a corridor connecting the hotel with the Cserkeszőlő bath.
We had a small misunderstanding/ conflict with one of the receptionists on the first day, but it got resolved. I appreciate it that communication worked well.
It is worth mentioning that the waitors were very kind and helpful despite the fact that the hotel was totally full during our stay because of a long weekend in Hungary.
