★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer experience. People working in the reception are amazing - very friendly, helpfull and just...warm:) They made our stay in Eger much better.
Also - rooms are clean and nice looking, they have AC, breakfast is ok (one of the best scrumbeld eggs I ate in a hotel!). At the end of the stay we got muffins that were just delicious:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet hotel at 5 min walk to the castle, baths or center. Very kind and smiling staff. Tasty and affordable restaurant although was closed a bit early

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasant stay here. Staff was really friendly and service minded. They prepared the sauna and jacuzzi for use and we received muffins upon check-out. Rooms are a bit dated, but facilities are nevertheless still fine. Would come back when around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, dedicated and helpful staff, especially Mr B. Tamas. Nice quite place, great parking space. Clean and comfortable room ( superior ). Breakfast was quite ok, sufficient options to choose from.
