★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give it 3 stars because the hotel is a 3-star hotel and because there are lots of things that they are good at but there are others they need to improve. The staff is very polite and helpful, 5 stars for them. However there are minor things which could be paid more attention to: sheets, towels and plates far from impeccably clean, bit of mould on the shower door, corroding shower trays, etc. If the rooms were regularly inspected and the small things were repaired/replaced right away, they could easily get the fourth star back. A pleasant hotel but I expected a bit more since they are in the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building doesn't look much from the outside but it's much better in the inside. The service and room was great, we saw the castle from our room. The food was great and everyone was nice to us. The castle is very close to the hotel which is nice.
They started to refurbish the restaurant the day we left so it will be be better in the future too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and good-sized rooms. Clean. As other reviewers have mentioned, some details in the bathrooms need attention. Good but limited breakfast buffet (no fruit or yoghurt). Good value.

The quality of the rooms should be brought up to the quality of the restaurant.
But everything was fine the staff is kind and energetic in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and super clean hotel in the middle of the city center, but still on a silent street, for a fair price. Breakfast and dinner was tasty and a lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mini wellness was also well appreciated by my husband. We got baby bed and bath for our little one. I could also mention the bad shape of the bathroom as the only disadvantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is low quality, the staff is rude. The restaurant is simply terrible (food and venue as well). The beds are good, however the bathrooms are awful. I do not recommend it for anyone who is looking for a quality stay in Eger.
