★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their selection and prices are outstanding. The shop has a small inventory. Really it is best to choose what you want from the web site and then pick it up at the shop. Though around Christmas lines to pick up items can go outside. So then a little extra for delivery may be worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place if you are in the market for assembling your own PC or in need of computer parts. The prices are usually the lowest in Budapest specially if you order them in advance through the website. Usually the staff can speak English and they are helpful and informed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are lucky you receive a good quality item, if not a never ending story starts. Their customer service is so eastern European, they probably located somewhere in Russia... :) (although Chinees are much better)
I received a faulty item in May, and in end of July I'm still waiting for them to return my money. Please choose another shop for your sake, these people are not yet ready for the 21st century.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales clerk advised me that it is not their job to "make sure what I buy is actually compatible with each other".(after spending $100) So after 15+4 days they would not exchange the $20 item for the one I actually needed. Now I'm stuck with something I don't need and don't have what I do need. Be smarter than I was don't waste your money here!
'Compker' is a much better choice. Never coming back here not for small things and especially not for my next big purchase.
If there was an option for 0 stars that is what i would give.
This is a 0 star review because Aqua Computer does not value their customers.

Hulyere veszik az ugyfeleket es fel lettem vilagositva a boltos altal, hogy "az nem az o felelosseguk, hogy mukodjon egyutt amiket vasaroltam"
Nem csereltek ki az 5000 ft-os targyat amit most rakhatok porosodni a szekrenybe. Bunko stilusban el lettem kuldve. Ha okos lettem volna, nem vasarolok itt, ezert nem is all szandekomban tobbet ott vasarolni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hungarians need to learn about customer service. I went in to buy something that I found on their own website. Although I showed them the item and its price, they told me that's the inernet price and I have to buy it on line. I was there, had the money and I live 5 minutes from the shop. Are they crazy? So I bought the same thing online, even cheaper than their price. Thank you for not selling it to me!
