★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Dell-t egyébként sem ajánlom senkinek! Külföldről próbáltam kapcsolatot teremteni a Dell-el, a notebookom meghibásodása miatt. Annak ellenére, hogy 3 éves nemzetközi garancia van a termékre, szinte lehetetlen ennek érvényt szerezni. Nincs egy nyomorult szerviz, ahol leadhatnám a gépet. Végül őket hívtam fel tanácsért, de lekezelő hangon csak annyit kérdeztek tőlem: "nálunk vette a gépet?" Fizikailag nem maguknál, viszont Dell készülékem van. A magyar Dell külföldről utolérhetetlen, mert zöld számuk van, és nincs az az előhívó szám, amivel fel lehetne őket hívni. Az üzlet viszont lepattintott, mondván nem náluk vettem a készüléket. Ne vegyetek soha Dell-t! Kb egy hónap után sikerült kierőszakolni a jogos garanciát.
I don't recommend Dell to anyone anyway! I was trying to contact Dell from abroad due to a malfunction of my notebook. Despite having a 3-year international warranty on the product, it is almost impossible to enforce it. There is no miserable service where I can drop off the machine. Eventually I called them for advice, but in a condescending voice they just asked me, "Did you buy the plane from us?" Physically not with you, but I have a Dell device. The Hungarian Dell is unsurpassed from abroad, because they have a green number and there is no calling number to call them. The store, on the other hand, snapped, saying I didn't buy the device from them. Never buy a Dell! After about a month, the legitimate guarantee was enforced.
