Szezonban legyen túlhalmozott raktárkészlet legalább azokból, amiket visznek az emberek. Én egy egészen más dolog miatt mentem oda, a legcukibb a kiszolgáló srác beszólása volt a kérdésemre: "Nem tudja milyen csatlakozó van az acélfalú medencén (megjegyzem árulnak is olyat), hiszen hétfőtől vasárnap itt dolgozik nincs ideje medencézni" Szürreális volt az egész... B	Balázs G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Én a következő nem kis tortúra útján jutottam hozzá a SUP -hoz: Vasárnap este megrendeltem és kifizettem (szállításra 2-3 napot írtak) - Se egy csomag kód se egy email hogy hogyan áll a rendelésem. - Kedden délután a központi ügyfélszolgálatot telefonon 5 próbálkozás után sem lehetett elérni. Az óbudai bolt mondja hívjam fel Debrecent ők fognak tudni segíteni. Debreceni bolt mondja Győrben van raktáron hívjam Győrt. - Szerdán 14:00 órakor elérem Győrt telefonon és érdeklődök hogy csomagkövetési kód vagy valami, azt az ígéretet kapom utána néznek és vissza hívnak. -Szerda 14:28 -kor bekerül a szállítási igény a GLS rendszerébe (ezt utólag lehetett látni a nyomkövetésből) Vagyis eddig szartak foglalkozni a megrendeléssel! - Csütörtök reggel felhívnak a központból a vissza küldött trambulin miatt, mondom nem nyert inkább a SUP -om csomagkövetési kódját legyenek kedvesek megmondani. Ők azt nem tudják hívjam Győrt ők adják fel a csomagot. - Csütörtök délben felhívom Győrt és sikerül megtudnom a csomag követési kódot (ugyan korábban megígérték de szartak vissza hívni) - Csüt délután felveszi a csomagot a GLS és pénteken meg is kapom. A számlán az áll hogy garancia levél és kezelési útmutató a dobozban, ami persze nem volt benne!! A weblapon a leírás szerint 2db kisméretű fix szkeg is van a SUP -on, ami persze sem a valóságban sem pedig a katalógus szerint nincs rajta. Tehát azt sem tudják pontosan mit árulnak. Az ígért 3 napos szállítás valójában 3 nap telefonálgatás után sikerül feladniuk. Az ilyen cég véleményem szerint SZOLGÁLTATÁSRA ALKALMATLAN dilettáns tróger banda!!! The invoice states that there is a warranty letter and operating instructions in the box, which of course was not included !! According to the description on the website, there are also 2 small fixed nails on the SUP, which of course is not on it in reality or according to the catalog. So they don’t even know exactly what they’re selling. They actually manage to drop off the promised 3-day delivery after 3 days of phone calls. Such a company is in my opinion UNSUITABLE to serve dilettant bum band !!!
