★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon lassa érkeznek meg a termékek. Két hetet ígérnek és most az 5. hete várok a csempékre. Minden alkalommal, amikor rákérdeztem a válasz:"jővő héten megjön".
Még véletlenül sem tájékoztatnak arról, hogy ez a 2 hét lehet 6 is akár. Mindneki írasson szerződést velük, amiben leírják, hogy mit vállalnak.
The products arrive very slowly. They promise two weeks and now the 5th week I am waiting for the tiles. Every time I asked the answer, "next week will come."
They don’t even accidentally inform me that this 2 weeks can be 6 even. Everyone should sign a contract with them describing what they are undertaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem érkezett meg az ígért időben a rendelt csempe, minden alkalommal mikor meg kellett volna jönnie, még 2-3 nap múlvára ígérték, így 1 hónap késéssel vehettük át amit rendeltünk. Akkor voltak hajlandóak elkezdeni utánanézni, hol lehet a rendelés, mikor már felemeltük a hangunkat, alapesetben tárogatják szét a kezüket hogy nem tudják hol lehet. Ha jót akartok magatoknak, nem itt vásároltok.
The ordered tile did not arrive on time, every time it should have arrived, it was promised after 2-3 days, so we could pick up what we ordered with a delay of 1 month. Then they were willing to start looking for where to place the order, when we had already raised our voices, by default they spread their hands that they don’t know where to be. If you want good for yourself, you are not buying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Én este, nem sokkal zárás előtt estem be az üzletbe, velem kedvesek voltak. Nem vagyok a totojázos típus, így 2-3 kérdés után ki is választottam a csempét, padlólapot és bordűrt. Egy hét tárolást és házhoz szállítást kértem, meglepően jó áron kaptam meg, plusz 10% kedvezményt, ezzel gyakorlatilag ingyenes a szállítás. Nagy választék, az olcsóbtól a luxus darabokig, sajnos ez a weblapon nem jön szembe az emberrel, pedig jót tenne az üzletnek egy normális webshop. Ha nem lett volna elegem a sok rohangálásból, az internetes reklám alapján soha nem látogattam volna meg az üzletet, de hallgattam egy ismerős véleményére és nem bántam meg.

Large selection, from cheaper to luxury pieces, unfortunately this website does not come in contact with people, although a normal webshop would be good for the business. If I hadn’t had enough of the many rushes, I would never have visited the store based on internet advertising, but I listened to an acquaintance’s opinion and didn’t regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az üzletben nagyon nagyon sok csempe van. Mi többször is visszamentünk, mire sikerült kiválasztani. Van még szaniter és parketta is. Pár hetet várni kell a csempére, de ilyen nagy kínálatnál ez elfogadható. Nem modern az épület, de a célrnak megfelel.
There are a lot of tiles in the store. We went back several times by the time we managed to make a selection. There is also plumbing and parquet. You have to wait a few weeks for the tile, but with such a large supply, this is acceptable. The building is not modern, but it serves its purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiszolgálás gyenge, a kért termékek nem érkeznek meg, és erről csak a rendelés után három-négy hónappal értesítenek. Remélem, az a kevés, amit megkapunk tőlük, normális állapotban érkezik. Túlértékelt.
Service is poor, requested products will not arrive and will only be notified three to four months after ordering. I hope the little we get from them comes in a normal state. Overrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon kedves, segítőkész kiszolgálásban volt részem. Pedig kell hozzám türelem, mert elég határozatlan voltam. Üdvözlettel Keszthelyi Péter (Ürömi Merci Szerviz) A legmegdöbbentőbb mégis az volt, hogy a csempét 1-2 nap alatt beszerezték. ( Ugyanazt amire máshol 1 hónapig vártam. Majd végül lemondtam. Ekkor találtam rá a BEPA-ra)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ötféle burkolatot rendeltünk, azt mondták, kb 3 hét múlva tudják őket szállítani. Ehhez képest jóval az után, hogy ki kellett volna szállítaniuk, szóltak, hogy az egyik nincs raktáron, válasszunk másikat, majd további három (!!!) hónap várakoztatás után közölték, hogy még további két fajta sincs, válasszunk helyettük is másikat. Azt persze sehol nem jelezték, hogy a Soroksári úton lévő szalon közben végleg bezárt (sem a weboldal, sem a google maps), ezzel odaérve szembesültünk, és mehettünk a város másik végébe, a Bécsi útra. Egyáltalán nem ajánlom őket, fél éve a kifizetett rendelésünkre várunk.
We ordered five types of coverings, they said they could ship them in about 3 weeks. In comparison, long after they had to be shipped out, they said that one was out of stock, let's choose another, and after another three (!!!) months of waiting, they said that there were no two more varieties, let's choose another one instead. Of course, nowhere was it indicated that the salon on Soroksári út was permanently closed (neither the website nor the google maps), and when we got there we were confronted and could go to the other end of the city, to Vienna Road. I do not recommend them at all, we have been waiting for our paid order for half a year.
