Á	Ági Németh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekünk nagyon tetszik a szállás. Nagyon szép és tiszta volt a szoba is és a szálloda többi része is. A családi szoba kényelmes. A vacsoránál rugalmasak. A Zalakarosi fürdő meg fantasztikus, kellemes sétával elérhető. We really like the accommodation. The room and the rest of the hotel were very nice and clean. The family room is comfortable. They are flexible at dinner. The Zalakaros Bath is a fantastic, pleasant walk away.

A reggeli pékárú két-három napos minimum,a kávé világosbarna íztelen,a limonádét két ember tudja összerakni,a sör meleg, vacsora leves íztelen,a welnesben fort a víz a medencében,A szobában zuhanytálca elrepedve,tv nem működött, óriási bűz az egész utcában ami nem a hotelt minősíti! There is no problem with the cleanliness of the hotel, but the incompetence of the staff in the hospitality is above all! The morning bakery is a two to three day minimum, the coffee is light brown tasteless, the lemonade can be put together by two people, the beer is hot, the dinner is soup tasteless, the water in the pool is fort in the wellness, the shower tray is cracked in the room, tv doesn't work on a street that does not qualify the hotel!

Snídaně je formou švédského stolu a večeře servírované, dle vlastního výběru o 3 chodech. Restauraci i s českým jidelnickem najdete i v lázních. V lázních je několik vnitřních i venkovních termálních bazénů včetně zážitkové části (řeka, masážní trysky, sauna, dětská část. Nemáme opravdu co vytknout. The hotel is about 400 m from the spa. We are in the hotel for the fifth time and we are satisfied with both the accommodation and good food. Breakfast is buffet style and dinner is served, according to your choice of 3 courses. You will also find a restaurant with a Czech menu in the spa. The spa has several indoor and outdoor thermal pools, including the adventure section (river, massage jets, sauna, children's section. We really have nothing to complain about.

A problémát a recepciós hölgy nagyon jól kezelte, de ettől még a hotel feladata, hogy olyan külsősökkel dolgozzanak együtt, akik megérik az egyébként magas árakat. Sajnos az egész helyzet elvesz számunkra a hotel értékéből, és nem érezném magam őszintének, ha 3-nál több csillagot adnék. Ettől függetlenül az ételek finomak, a wellness részleg pedig nagyon kellemes. We had some problems with the pop-in masseur who did his job horribly. The problem was handled very well by the receptionist, but it is still up to the hotel to work with outsiders who are worth the otherwise high prices. Unfortunately, the whole situation takes us away from the value of the hotel and I wouldn’t feel honest if I gave more than 3 stars. A vacsora választéka ott kimerül hogy A) és B). Esetleg ha nem jó ez a kettő akkor van egy C). Na ezek az ételek kinézetre és ízre is ugyanolyan rosszak. (A salátát csak úgy oda dobják a tányér közepébe.) A wellness is egy nulla, ez alatt az aromakabint, a jakuzzit értem. Egyébként a szauna jó. Összesítve nem ajánlom ezt a hotelt. I know at first these two stars may seem rough but I will explain. Let's start with the positive. The room is cozy and nice, the view is also excellent. Now comes the negative. Where do I start? The dinner selection there is exhausted to A) and B). Maybe if these two aren’t good then you have a C). Well, these foods are just as bad in appearance and taste. (The salad is just thrown in the middle of the plate.) Wellness is also zero, by which I mean the aroma cabin, the jacuzzi. Otherwise, the sauna is good. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
D	Diána Vig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek sem ajánlom. A helyen furcsa szag terjengett, a zuhanyzóban nem folyt le a víz, a wellnesss részleg nagyon kicsi. A reggeli borzasztó, a választék kicsi, a gyümölcslé a leggagyibb édesítőszer ízű valami, a majonéz az ott tartózkodásunk másnapján állítólag elfogyott, ezt harmadnapra sem tudták orvosolni, negyednap már meg sem kérdeztem. A reggelinél vízért külön kellett könyörgöni, alapból nem volt elérhető. Az egyetlen aprócska pozitívum, hogy a szombati nap reggelén volt tejbegríz. I would not recommend it to anyone. There was a strange smell in the place, no water was flowing in the shower, the wellness area was very small. The breakfast is awful, the selection is small, the juice is something with the greatest sweetener taste, the mayonnaise is supposed to be sold out the next day of our stay, it couldn't be remedied by the third day, I didn't ask it on Thursday. At breakfast you had to beg for water separately, it was not available by default. The only tiny positive is that there was a drizzle of milk on Saturday morning.

E	Emil Saracutu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean hotel. Balcony was a big plus, at least for me. Friendly personnel. Decent price. Breakfast was included; open buffet, not fancy but tasty and consistent. A permanent restaurant would be a great feature, especially for travelers like myself , as I couldn't find any places to eat in immediate vicinity.
