A burkolatoktól kezdve, a csaptelepeken át a zuhanykabinokig mindenből megtaláltuk a megfelelőt. Az értékesítők készségesek, kedvesek, a kiszállítás precíz. Összességében teljes mértékben megérdemlik az öt csillagot. Melegen merem ajánlani! A family friend recommended the company as we were about to renovate a bathroom. The showroom isn’t too big, but the selection is huge nonetheless. From the covers to the faucets to the shower cubicles, we found the right one for everything. The sellers are willing, kind, the delivery is precise. Overall, they fully deserve five stars. I warmly dare to recommend!

J	Judit Ochtinszky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úgy látom más is járt már pórul ezzel a megbízhatatlan céggel. 2 hónapja rendeltem tőlük kádat, a szállítási időt nem tartják, a teljes vételárat átutaltam, amit állítólag ők nem találnak, már 2 hete hitegetnek, hogy kiszállítják. Most ott tartok, se pénz se kád. Nem ajánlom senkinek ezt a céget. I see others have been lurking with this unreliable company. I ordered a tub from them 2 months ago, the delivery time is not kept, I transferred the full purchase price, which they supposedly can't find, they have been crediting me for delivering it for 2 weeks. I'm there now, no money, no tub. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

A cég 1 hónap "elemzés" után megállapította, hogy a probléma nem tartozik a garancia hatálya alá, így "nem áll módjukban elfogadni a reklamációs kérelmünket". Nem ajánlom senkinek a céget! Update a cég válaszára: a feleségem vette át a terméket, de nem tekinthette meg a vásárláskor, ugyanis a raktáros (aki egyedül volt) nem tudta kivenni a dobozból! Emellett azt is mondta, hogy ne aggódjunk, mivel ha kiderül valami, akkor visszahozhatjuk. The Roca washbasin, which we bought here in August, was found to be damaged after unpacking (there are several minor cracks in it). The company found after 1 month of "analysis" that the problem was not covered by the warranty, so "they are unable to accept our complaint". I do not recommend the company to anyone! Update to the company’s response: my wife took over the product but couldn’t view it at the time of purchase because the warehouse worker (who was alone) couldn’t take it out of the box! He also said not to worry because if something turns out we can bring it back.

Későbbi garanciális/csereigényeinket maximálisan profi és gyors módon kezelték, a későbbiekben is biztosan innen fogunk vásárolni. We also bought all our sanitary ware and its furniture. They helped to select the right products to satisfy all needs, there were no problems with the delivery deadlines, they arrived at all times and in good condition. Our subsequent warranty / replacement claims have been handled in a maximally professional and fast manner, and we will definitely buy from here in the future.
