A wellness részlegben nagyon jól szórakoztunk, kiváló volt a víz hőmérséklete, a beépített élményelemeket pedig kedvünk szerint irányította a személyzet. A konyha kiváló volt, egyedi kéréseinket is szívesen teljesítették, melyek mellé változatos italkínálat is társult. Így képzelek el egy igazi családbarát szállodát, itt tényleg a vendég szerepel az első helyen. A környék minden napra tartogat látnivalót, várak, kastélyok, kiváló túraútvonalak, ásványgyűjtés, melyekről a szállodában örömmel adtak részletes tájékoztatást. Biztos visszatérünk még ide, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönjük a vendégszeretetüket! We spent a week at this wonderful hotel where the cleanliness of the rooms, the helpfulness of the staff and the owners are exemplary. We had a great time in the wellness area, the water temperature was excellent and the built-in experience elements were controlled by the staff as we pleased. The cuisine was excellent, we also gladly fulfilled our unique requests, which were accompanied by a varied selection of drinks. That’s how I imagine a real family-friendly hotel, where the guest really comes first. A haven of rest and relaxation, the hotel will offer total renewal just steps away from the city's numerous attractions such as castles, chateaux, excellent hiking trails, mineral collection. We will definitely come back here again, we had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality!

D	Dömötör Csilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hotel részben szálltunk meg október végén. A szoba szép nagy volt, a fürdő is tágas és tiszta, azonban napközben jégverem, nem volt fűtés! Általában este 7 körül kezdett melegedni a radiátor, de volt olyan nap, amikor 21 órakor. Egyszer vacsoráztunk az étteremben, ahol szintén nem volt fűtés, az étel pedig langyosan érkezett. A wellnesst szintén csak egyszer próbáltuk, a jacuzzi vize langyos volt és nagyon klórosi a medencevízre pedig ráfért volna tisztítás. Mindezek következtében csak aludni jártunk a szállásra, felesleges volt 4csillagos hotelszobát foglalni. A reggeli a szemközti panzióban volt. Recepciós általában a hotelben nem volt, max este. Szóval hiába a csodaszép táj, a kedves személyzet, a tágas szoba, ha ezek az apróságok elrontják az összképet. We stayed in part of the hotel at the end of October. The room was nice, the bathroom was spacious and clean, but there was a pile of ice during the day, there was no heating! Usually the radiator started to heat up around 7pm, but there was a day when it was 9pm. We had dinner once in the restaurant, where there was also no heating, and the food arrived lukewarm. We also tried the wellness only once, the water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm and it was very chlorine to clean the pool water. As a result, we only went to sleep, it was unnecessary to book a 4-star hotel room. Breakfast was at the guest house opposite. Reception is usually not at the hotel, max in the evening. So in vain the beautiful scenery, the nice staff, the spacious room, if these little things spoil the whole picture.

Csak ajanlani tudom bár kinek a helyet.Aki viszont kifogást talál, annak csak azt tudom mondani, hogy maradjon otthon! In the summer of summer we came in for lunch after a tour. That day we had a wedding and a birthday. We got even the most delicious food, with loving, polite and kind service. I can only recommend someone's place. Who can find an excuse, I can only tell you to stay home!

p	peking . home on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice family motel and great sorroundings with an enjoyable but forgettable wellness section. Good location in the heart of the city. There are a few things to mention, you need to know when you visit. If you operate a wellness hotel it is not questionnable that you have AC in the room it should be quite standard these days. Well you do not have it here, if you are staying here any other season than summer, be prepared to make a decesion to be well cooked by the heat or get bitten by mosquitos if you risk opening the window during night just to sleep a bit. This poor young man at the hotel desk runs the reception during daytime, but has no idea whats going on. Why do i need to ask for directions where to have breakfast, lunch or dinner (fyi, at the other side of the road among the guesthouses). Have absolutely no idea about the booking made earlier, even the simpliest, but relevant informations was unable to be fetched from him. Surely we read the guide in the room but still one can understand my point. Tibibá is quite busy so he cannot be at all the place all the time. Breakfast was nice, the staff there was real kind nice and immediately tried to solve whatever came up. A+ for the ham and eggs and french toast, and for the coffee. Bed was comfy though, internet is at acceptable speed, however i do not understand how can you put your hotel computers, smart tvs and guest devices to the same network without isolating each endpoint (it is just a note for you if you read this). Drain was clogged in the shower so water took a half hour to go down the pipes, it is simply not maintained, just used. Towels was smelly. If you need to pay for the bathrobes i expect no stains, holes and torn parts. Even after the third replacement, then we gave up. This is not perfectionism, but a minimal expectation from the guests. I'd suggest you to take some time in your own apartments from time to time to reveal these and fix them. Hopefully you can gain some points that you can improve and guests will be more happy, but i read the other comments from 2015 on TripAdv. with the same problems, so i just believe you simply ignoring those. Unfortunately we are not planning to return here. Probably our expectations was higher than what we experienced. -sorry for the long post, stayed here 2020 summer-
