★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cipzárcsere volt egy kabátban. Nem az eredetivel egyezőt raktak bele, viszont amit belevarrtak, hibás volt. Miután visszavittem, megkérdeztem, hogy a hibás cipzárt cserélve tudnának-e olyat beletenni, mint amilyen eredetileg volt a kabátban (felfelé is húzható). Elindult a lavina! Olyan nem létezik (de hát egy pár nappal előtte szedtek ki belőle egy olyat! :-) ) A hibáról nem tehetnek, forduljak a gyártóhoz! :-) (Erről dokumentumot nem kaptam, nem vagyok kapcsolatban a gyártóval!) A teljesség kedvéért megjegyzem, nem arról volt szó, hogy a hibás cipzárt nem cserélik ki, de az egész kommunikáció minden kereskedő-szolgáltatói etikettet áthágva, nagyon méltánytalanul zajlott. Nem ajánlom a helyet!
There was a zipper change in a jacket. They did not put the same one as the original, but what they sewed in was flawed. After I took it back, I asked if they could replace it with the faulty zipper as it was originally in the jacket (it can also be pulled up). The avalanche has started! There is no such thing (but they took one out of it a few days before! :-)) They can't make a mistake, contact the manufacturer! :-) (I did not receive a document about this, I am not in contact with the manufacturer!) For the sake of completeness, I note that it was not that the faulty zipper was not replaced, but the whole communication was very unfair, violating all merchant service provider labels. I do not recommend the place!
