A beautiful, atmospheric library. When visiting the high school, it is worth buying a ticket and just for a moment. Endearing paintings on the vault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szép barokk könyvtárszoba. 1000 Ft a belépő, ezért adnak egy nyomtatott leírást, ami elég részletes, a vitrinekben viszont nem minden eredeti - fotózni viszont így sem lehet. A Mozart levél másolata kb olyan mint egy színes fénymásolat, és a Mikes Kelemen levelek is másolatok, bár jobb minőségűek - de ezeknél meg nincs kiírva, hogy másolat. Nagyjából 30-40 percet tölthettünk ott, ezalatt mindent végignéztünk, a felső szintre viszont nem lehetett felmenni. Érdemes megnézni, a pontszám annak szól, hogy ha már ennyit elkérnek, lehetne engedni a vaku nélküli fotózást és megoldhatnák a helyi ritkaságok eredeti példányainak a bemutatását is.
Very nice baroque library. 1000 Ft is the entry, so they give a printed description, which is pretty detailed, but not all the original ones in the showcases - but it can not be. The copy of Mozart's letter is like a color photocopy, and Mikes Kelemen's letters are copies, though they are of better quality - but they are not printed out to be a copy. We spent about 30-40 minutes there, watching all of this, but we could not go upstairs. Worth to see, the score is that, if you ask so much, you would be able to release the flash without taking photos and solve the original copies of local rarities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The library was closed but the ticket lady still sold us the tickets. We paid 800 HUF for nothing. The lady’s attitude was also very bad. If the library is closed, they need to write on the front door and tell people about it. This is a terrible lie. Even the police officer can’t make her refund us. All the good memories of Eger is destroyed by these bad people. Shame on you.
