I've been going to the office for several years. The doctor is thorough and patient, explaining everything completely understandably. The surgery is clean, modern and pleasant.
K	Katalin Dobai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 ève Dr Cseh Erikàhoz jàrok. Nagyon meg vagyok elègedve. Mindig bőven időt szàn a pàciensre, türelmesen vègighallgat. Óvatos vizsgàlat, bànàsmód. Tiszta, szèp rendelő. Aszisztensek is nagyon kedvesek. :) 7 years old I go to Dr. Erika Czech. I am very satisfied. He always devotes plenty of time to the patient, listening patiently. Careful examination, regret. Clean, nice office. Assistants are also very kind. :)

Korszerűen felszerelt rendelőben az alapos kivizsgálás után kérdéseimre érthető, kielégítő válaszokat kaptam. Hívjátok őket! Visszahívnak! In a pleasant environment, we were greeted by kind assistants. After a thorough examination in a modernly equipped office, I received understandable, satisfactory answers to my questions. Call them! They'll call you back!
M	Mònika Bajàni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon 1 hónapra sikerült időpontot kapni 17 órára. 16.45 előtt odaértem. Nem túl kedves asszisztens felvette az adataimat. Várakoztam. Megérkezett késve , 17 órakor a 16.40 -es páciens. Beküldte előttem az asszisztens 17.15 kor. 17.35-kor ki kellett mennem a mosdóba. 1 percet sem töltöttem ott, ahogy kiléptem, már ment is be előttem a 17.15 ös páciens. Kérdőre vontam, vállrándítással közölte, maga kiment a mosdóba. 17.45 kor elköszöntem, mivel dolgom volt 18.30 kor . 18 órakor kerültem volna sorra 17 óra helyett az asszisztens jóvoltából. Betegirányítás, empátia zéró. Akárcsak az állami ellátásban. We managed to get an appointment by phone for 1 month at 5 p.m. I got there before 16.45. Not very kind assistant picked up my data. I waited. The patient arrived late at 5pm at 4:40 p.m. It was sent in front of me by the assistant at 17.15. At 17.35 I had to go out to the bathroom. I didn't even spend 1 minute there as I left, the patient was already in front of me at 5.15pm. I questioned him, shrugging him, he went out to the bathroom himself. I said goodbye at 17.45 as I was at 18.30. I would have been in line at 6pm instead of 5pm thanks to the assistant. Patient management, zero empathy. As in state care.
B	Boglárka Bíró on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kultúrát környezet, tiszta rendelő. Az asszisztensek kedvesek, segítőkészek, mindig mosolyognak. Telefonon jelentkeztem, elsőre nem vették fel, de rögtön visszahívlak! Culture environment, clean office. The assistants are kind, helpful, always smiling. I checked in on the phone, they didn't pick me up at first, but I'll call you right back!

Dr. Cseh Erika doktornő türelmes, mindig rendesen tájékoztat, maximálisan figyel minden apróságra. Nagyon régóta járok hozzá, benne a legjobb szabembert ismertem meg. The office is clean and tidy. The assistants are polite, helpful. Parking is excellent. Dr. Erika Cseh is patient, always informs her properly, pays maximum attention to every little thing. I have been with him for a very long time, I got to know the best swordsman in it.

A XIII. kerületi rendelőt hívnám időpont miatt, de valamilyen oknál fogva ott már nincs telefon?! Így a dunakeszi rendelőben veszik fel a telefont, ahol állítólag nem látnak rá az adataimra, fogalmuk sincs, hogy kihez tartozom és ha bármilyen kérdésem vagy kérésem van, azt sem tudják tolmácsolni. Ha mégsem jó az időpont, vagy szükség van egy dokumentumra, eszükbe sem jut visszajelezni. Mikor visszahívtam őket, miért nem jeleztek nekem, ment a maszatolás, egy elnézés kérés vagy kedves szó nélkül. A pácienshez való hozzáállás rettenetes, dr Merkely Petra arroganciája visszaidézi azokat az időket, amikor még állami rendelő intézetbe jártam. Az orvos-páciens kommunikáció nála abban merül ki, hogy a kiszolgáltatott beteggel fölérendelt pozícióját igyekszik éreztetni. Ez ma már elfogadhatatlan magatartás, de szerencsére más magánrendelőben ilyen hozzáállással nem is találkozom. Hiányzik a profizmus és az emberségesség legapróbb jele is. I don't even know where to start, the headlessness in this office is complete. The XIII. I would call a district office for an appointment, but for some reason there is no phone there anymore ?! So they pick up the phone at the Dunakeszi office, where they allegedly can't see my data, they have no idea who I belong to, and if I have any questions or requests, they can't interpret it. If the time isn't right, or you need a document, they won't mind giving it back. When I called them back why they weren’t signaled to me, the smear went without an apology or a kind word. The attitude towards the patient is terrible, the arrogance of Dr. Merkely Petra recalls the days when I was still in a public clinic. The doctor-patient communication in him consists in trying to make his superior position felt by the vulnerable patient. This is unacceptable behavior today, but fortunately I do not encounter such an attitude in any other private practice. Even the slightest sign of professionalism and humanity is missing.
