Az igazgató először egy általános tájékoztató levelet küldött, amiben személyes megbeszélést ajánlott a feltételekről, az adomány pontos összegéről. A megbeszélt időben azonban mégsem ő maga jelent meg annak ellenére, hogy erre ígéretet tett, hanem egy kolleganőjét küldte maga helyett. Ő azonban nem volt jogosult arra, hogy az adomány pontos összegéről tájékoztasson! Aznap este kaptam egy e-mailt az igazgatótól és a 2,5 milliós adományösszegről! Inkorrektnek tartom, hogy ezt az információt sem a honlapjukon, sem a legelső tájékoztató levélben nem közlik! Továbbá számomra elfogadhatatlan, hogy egy 2 nappal korábban megbeszélt személyes tárgyalásra olyan alkalmazott jön, aki nincs felhatalmazva a szolgáltatás anyagi vonzatának ismertetésére! Ezt a véleményemet az otthon facebook oldalán is közzétettem, amit azóta kitöröltek. A bennt lakás minőségéről nem tudok nyilatkozni, de fontosnak tartottam ezt megosztani azokkal, akik ebben az intézményben szeretnék elhelyezni idős hozzátartozóikat! I also posted this opinion on my home facebook page, which has since been deleted. I can’t comment on the quality of the apartment inside, but I thought it important to share this with those who want to place their elderly relatives in this institution!
