Jelenleg Fenyves völgy néven futnak...érthetetlen, hogy még mindig működhetnek !! The caregivers entrusted to them are being played out against their relatives ... the elderly are the ultimate home and maintainers ... and the relatives face it when the relatives die ... by their own tables ... we are not alone !! Currently they run under the name Fenyves Valley ... it is incomprehensible that they can still work !!
Z	Zoltan Soti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az intézmény személyzete nem állandó dolgozókból áll. Az a tapasztalatom, hogy itt ápolók kedvetlenek, durvák. Az intézményben egy ápoló van legkevesebb 20 betegre egy műszakban. Beteghívó nincs! Egy néni 15 percig nem kapott segítséget, pedig csak a tálcáját kellett volna elvenni tőle. Elképzelni sem merem mi történne tűz esetén. A lift akkor nem használható és a lépcső fa szerkezet. 14nm.en tetőtérben két ember is van elhelyezve! Irreálisan magas ár, és kritikán aluli szolgáltatás. Ezt az egy csillagot csak azért adtam, mert ez kötelező a véleményíráshoz! Mélységesen megdöbbentő, hogy ilyen helyek működhetnek. Nem tudom leírni mennyire bosszús vagyok azért, mert ezt a helyet akár kis időre is igénybevettük. Senkinek nem ajánlom az intézményt, annak főleg nem, aki egy kicsit is szereti hozzátartozóját. The staff of the institution does not consist of permanent staff. In my experience, nurses here are unkind, rude. There is one nurse in the institution for at least 20 patients per shift. There is no patient call! Aunt didn't get any help for 15 minutes, even though she should have just taken her tray away. I dare not imagine what would happen in the event of a fire. In the elevator you can not use and stairs wooden structure. There are two people in the attic of 14nm. Unrealistically high price and undercritical service. I only gave this one star because it is required for comment! It is deeply shocking that such places can work. I can't describe how annoyed I am because we used this place for a while. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially to anyone who loves a relative a little bit.

Az en velemenyem szerint a hianyos szemelyzet, stresszesen es idegesen probalja elvegezni a napi feladatokat. Itt sajnos szeretetbeli apolassal nem talalkoztam. I would not recommend this retirement home to anyone. The home has a shortage of nurses. The current care staff stressed, over worked and some of them can be quite rude. Unfortunately, my family and I have not experienced love nor acceptable care in the short period of time we have used this care home. No, I do not recommend this home to anyone. In my opinion, poor staff, stressful and nervous try to do their daily tasks. Unfortunately, I did not meet a loving Apollo here. I would not recommend this retirement home to anyone. The home has a shortage of nurses. The current care staff is stressed out, over worked and some of them can be quite rude. Unfortunately, my family and I have not experienced love nor acceptable care in the short period of time we have used this care home.
