A	Alexandra Takács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mindig a raktárban vagy valamelyik üzletben vásárolok és meg is vagyok elégedve az eladókkal. Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek, bőven van termék választék. Amin lehetne változtatni, hogy ne a vásárlónak kelljen felírni cetlire a termék kódját, hogy a pénztáros betudja pötyögni a gépbe.(raktár) A másik amivel nem vagyok megelégedve, hogy először rendeltem a webshopról (12.én 11 óra környékén) és 5munkanap kell ahhoz hogy elküldjenek egy fél kg-os csomagot? (gondolom egy héten egyszer van feladás hogy ezzel is spóroljanak) Más cégeknél az aznap délelőtt leadott rendelések másnapra kiszallitasra kerülnek. Nem ártana egy kis frissítés minden szempontból.. I always buy in the warehouse or in one of the stores and I am satisfied with the sellers. They are very kind and helpful, with plenty of product selection. What could be changed so that the customer does not have to write down the product code on a note so that the cashier can drool into the machine (warehouse) The other thing I am not happy with is that I first ordered from the webshop (12 noon on the 12th) and it takes 5 business days to ship a half kg package? (I think once a week there is a posting to save this too) For other companies, orders placed that morning will be shipped the next day. It wouldn't hurt to do a little update on every aspect ..
V	Veronika Soós on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maximum 7 munkanapos rendelés teljesítést ígértek, és azt hogy értesíteni fognak. 3 hét után bátorkodtam írni egy emailt hogy legyenek szívesen tájékoztatni a rendelésemről, mi a helyzet vele, mivel semmilyen értesítést nem kaptam és nem tudok a csomagért menni így...erre reagálva felhívtak és a "kedves" hölgy közölte hogy most készítik össze a csomagot ami miatt "REKLAMÁLTAM" az ő megfogalmazása szerint, és állította hogy értesítettek engem ami nem igaz, sehol semmilyen formában nem történt ez meg...én kérek elnézést hogy ennyi idő után mertem érdeklődni, nem kell félni többet nem fogok innen rendelni, tehát "reklamálni" se tudok majd :) they have been promised order fulfillment for a maximum of 7 working days and will be notified. After 3 weeks I dared to write an email to be happy to inform you about my order, what about it, as I did not receive any notification and I can not go for the package so ... in response I was called and the "dear" lady said that the package is now being prepared which is why I "ADVERTISED" according to his wording and claimed that I was notified which is not true, nowhere did this happen in any form ... I apologize for daring to inquire after so much time, no need to be afraid I will not order from here, so " complain "I can't even :)
B	Balázs Benei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szállítás tényleg nem a leggyorsabb jelenleg, de ezt jelezték is. A 7. napon írtam egy levelet az ügyfélszolgálatra, hogy tudjam mégis hol tart a rendelésem. Szinte azonnal választ kaptam, hogy a csomaot feladták és 1-3 napon belül megérkezik. A leírtaknak mefelelően a csomagom megérkezett hiánytalanul. A magam részéről elégedett vagyok. Az üzlet részéről kicsit több kommunikáció, a vásárlók részéről pedig szerintem több türelem és megértés és nem lesz gond. :) Delivery really isn’t the fastest right now, but that’s also indicated. On day 7, I wrote a letter to customer service so I still knew where my order was. I got an answer almost immediately that the package had been shipped and would arrive within 1-3 days. As described, my package arrived in full. For my part, I am satisfied. There will be a little more communication on the part of the business and more patience and understanding on the part of the customers and there will be no problem. :)

P	Philip Ferreira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Full with whatever you need and the employees are friendly. As it is more of a warehouse it was mostly empty on both occasions I visited. I love the sheer size of the place and the quantity of supplies one can find there. I would be lost for days inside just looking and selecting things to take.
