We hired this company to fix a mobile application already started by a developer who did not know what he was doing. We used an outside developer as our in house team was so busy with important Government medical changes. We read reviews and TRUSTED this company, and WHAT A MISTAKE AND A LIE THEY WERE. We gave Arteries the choice to start aging or reuse the existing code which was not far into the project, and Arteries decided to reuse the code as they said not much was completed. They did API and Front End and after several months we still did not have a functioning code, and they ignored all our requests to make the code secure and TOKENS telling me the owner that i did not understand technology. We kept getting quotes for 8 hours to fix this when we had paid for the same fixes months earlier. they kept changing staff on the team. We took the code back after 37,000 EUROS paid to Arteries for a dysfunctional app that did not work at all. After 2 weeks with our in house team we have a functional SECURE Medical App. We now see that the WHOLE back end code of the app has to be redone. All of it. We did that in 2 weeks so what did these people do for 37,000 euros and a bag of lies. BE CAREFUL THEY LIE USE juniors and charge senior prices and ignore your instructions. We would never have known this unless we had our own internal developers look at why this cost us so much. All the answers we get from them is The previous app developer was no good. We know this and this is why we wet to arteries not to be charged to be told the same lies over and over again.
