Meglepve olvasom mások rossz tapasztalatát, én hasonlót nem tapasztaltam még. Kb 100 méterre lakom a konyhátoktól de az étel amit kaptam: a mustáros mártás a szatyor aljában kötött ki illetve a dobozon belül a maradék a krumplin és a dobozon szétkenődve és valamennyi maradt a húson is, pont úgy nézett ki az egész mintha idáig rugdosták és nem hozták volna..... Az édesburgonya nem volt friss, a csirkemell steak pedig olyan kemény volt hogy a villát éppen hogy csak bele lehetett szúrni..... A futár pedig nem talál el a lakásig ami eddig mindenkinek sikerült, felhív majd annyit mond hogy ‘gyere már ki’, mivaaannn? Esetleg valami kis kommunikációs etikettet betaníthatnátok azoknak akik kiszállítanak.....Ma vesztett ezek egy rendszeresen rendelő vendéget..... A valasz az volt, hogy az marpedig biztos nem volt romlott minden nap frissen erkezik, es mivel ebben egeszen biztosak ne varjam vissza a penzem. Milyen motivacioja lehet egy ugyfelnek azt allitani egy husrol hogy romlott es budos ha az friss. Viccesen alacsony szinvonalu szolgaltatas Today's order was spoiled. The meat was simply budos. A levesek a szállítás során kifolytak, minden olajos volt. A húsleves ehetetlenül sós, és piros zsírfoltok úszkálnak a tetején. A barnarizs undorító és sótlan, a fehér rizsnek szintén semmi íze. A sült csirke hulla fehér volt a zöldfűszeres szósz értékelhetetlen, leginkább egy rossz pesztóra hasonlít, a mézes mustárosat meg mintha csak utólag borították volna rá. Mondanom sem kell, a szósz is a zacskó alján kötött ki. Végül pedig a vegyes saláta kicsit sem étvágygerjesztő, összehányt zöldségdarabok úsznak egy csomó olivaolajban. Felháborítónak tartom, hogy valaki ilyet ki mer adni a kezéből, nem hogy ennyi pénzért. We paid 10 thousand forints to get something inedible instead of the nice, demanding food on the photo menu. I find it outrageous that someone dares to give such a thing out of their hands, not for that much money.

Ezen felül már a rendelésem elküldése után hívtak,hogy nem is elérhető - már régóta - az a burger, amit megrendeltem és mivel kénytelen voltam előre fizetni a Bolt Food-on át, így le is vonták, tehát valamit kellett választanom helyette... ?? A burgerben nem volt jól átsütve a hús sem.. Instead of the ordered french fries, a french fries came to us ... Is this really such a difficult task to get the ordered food?
