Eladtak nekem egy olyan alkatrészt, amiről egy hozzáértő nyilvánvalóan láthatta, hogy nem fog megfelelni. Vagy nem fogta fel az eladó, hogy mire van szükségem, vagy nem is érdekelte, vagy ha igen, akkor direkt akart lehúzni. Már a vásárlás is veszekedés volt, ami nonszensz. Majd amikor visszamentem reklamálni, még egy jó alapos leb@szást is kaptam, hogy én hogy lehettem ilyen bunkó, és hogy nem értek hozzá. Hát nem értek hozzá, ezért mentem szaküzletbe, mert az arra van, hogy rábízhassam magam az eladó szakértelmére és jóindulatára. Ezt a hibát itt nem szabad elkövetni! Aki pontosan tudja, hogy mit akar venni, annak jó ez a bolt, mert van mindenük jó áron, de úgy látszik, sajnos egy kulturált, hozzáértő és udvarias eladót már nem sikerült találni. Én is egy szaküzletben vagyok eladó, ennélfogva tudom mi fán terem a hozzá nem értő vásárló. Ez a stílus elfogadhatatlan, felháborító és megengedhetetlen. Then when I went back to complain, I was even given a good thorough babble about how I could be such a jerk and that I didn't get it. Well, I don't know why, so I went to a specialist shop because it's about trusting the seller's expertise and goodwill. This mistake should not be made here! Anyone who knows exactly what they want to buy is good for this store because they have everything at a good price, but unfortunately, a cultured, knowledgeable, and polite seller is no longer found. I am also a salesman in a specialist shop, so I know what an incompetent buyer is on the tree. This style is unacceptable, outrageous and impermissible.

Garanciális hiba esetén nem kérdőjelezik meg az indokaimat, korrektül cserélik a hibás készüléket. Megrendelik azt, ami nincs árukészleten, bármi legyen is az, és pár nap alatt értesítenek, ha megjött. Kedves Anna, az elvárásaid nonszenszek. Ez nem egy fonal bolt, ahol eltrécseled hogy mik az elképzeléseid, és majd kiválasztják számodra a megfelelő alapanyagot. Erre is van lehetőséged, pl. egy hobby fórumon, de ez a Te feladatod. Már csak azért sem vállalhatják fel az ilyesmit, mert egy rosszul megválasztott alkatrész, esetleg egy több milliós berendezést tehet tönkre. Ha nincs az amit keresel, pontos paraméterek ismeretében, segítenek ekvivalens alkatrészt választani, de Neked kell tudnod, hogy az megfelelő lesz-e. Most viszont nagyon kedves kiszolgálásban volt részem egy szakállas srác személyében. Drága pl. a Lomex-hez képest, dehát ez egy kisbolt, más az árszabás... Összességében 4 csillag, ajánlom. 13-15 years ago I have been here several times, I did not love because the server was jerky. Rather, I went into the neighborhood with the "pinyobolt" (Microelectron). But now I was in a very nice service with a bearded guy. Expensive eg compared to Lomex, this is a convenience store, the price is different ... Overall, 4 stars, I recommend.

Az alkatrészek minősége silány, az eladók hozzáértése detto. 3x mentem vissza ugyanazzal az alkatrésszel, hogy végre a jót kapjam. Egyszerű tételes blokkot nem lehet kapni, és ők vannak felháborodva, ha kérsz. Minden mással foglalkoznak, csak veled nem. Drága, és semmi különlegesebb dolguk nincs, csak az alapvető silány szarok. Nem ajánlom senkinek, már bánom hogy 5ft pénzt ott hagytam, menjetek a Lomex-be, ott legalább embernek vesznek és a minőség is kiváló! (nem fizetett hirdetés, egyszerűen ez a tapasztalatom) --- ENG: not recommended, they threat you like a piece of junk. No willingness to help, bad quality components, and an overall crappy experience. Don't even waste you time going there - go to Lomex instead. It's the total opposite. (I'm not endorsed in any shape or form by them to say this. It's just my experience) --- ENG: The attitude is tragic. "let's get over it" is the slogan and this is completely publicly burst into the person's face by the famous poultry. The quality of the parts is poor, the competence of the sellers is detto. I went back 3x with the same part to finally get the good. Simple itemized blocks cannot be obtained and they are outraged if you ask. They deal with everything but you. They are expensive and they have nothing special to do but basic shoddy shit. I don't recommend it to anyone, I already regret leaving 5ft money there, go to Lomex, at least they buy it for people there and the quality is also excellent! Ha szíj kell ajánlom a HQ-t, ha más akkor a HR elektronikát. Lehet hogy ez egy régi bolt, de egyre inkább csúszik lefelé... Complete lack of expertise, service is variable, the website is completely unusable, constantly need to ask for a new password, do not allow to log in, prices are high. If you need a strap I would recommend the HQ, if different then the HR electronics. It may be an old store, but it's sliding more and more down ...

Idáig tökéletesen meg vagyok velük elégedve és remélem ez a jövőben is így marad.
