★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az első híváshoz képest elég hamar kaptam időpontot, néhány nap múlva fogadták az autót, és a három éve fennálló problémát is két nap alatt megoldották. Régi autón kellett olyan alkatrészt cserélni, amit már egyáltalán nem gyártanak, de a szervíz kapcsolatrendszerén keresztül egy hamar sikerült bontott alkatrészhez jutni. Más szervízek nem nagyon akartak ezzel a problémával foglalkozni, ezért rámhárították az alkatrész beszerzését, ami nekem nyilván sokkal nehezebb, hiszen nem vagyok tele bontós kontaktokkal, és időnek is szűkében vagyok. Ebben a szervízben a problémákról, javítani való dolgokról részletesen tájékoztattak, korrekt áron dolgoztak és még tanultam is 1-2 trükköt az autóval kapcsolatban, ha esetleg probléma lenne pl. a fűtés kapcsolóval.
I got an appointment pretty soon compared to the first call, the car was received a few days later, and the problem that had existed for three years was also resolved in two days. An old car had to be replaced with a part that was no longer manufactured at all, but a disassembled part was quickly obtained through the service’s contact system. Other repair shops didn’t really want to deal with this problem, so they were reluctant to get the part, which is obviously a lot harder for me as I’m not full of breakdown contacts and I’m running out of time. In this service they were informed in detail about the problems, things to be repaired, they worked at a fair price and I even learned 1-2 tricks about the car, if there might be a problem e.g. with the heating switch.
