Az ügyfélszolgálatos hölgy végtelenül kedves volt. Cseréltek már máshol olcsóbban gumit, de tökéletesen elégedett vagyok. I went on time, I was able to stop right away, they were ready in 15 minutes. I was able to leave the trash tires (since I bought the new ones there, for free). The customer service lady was infinitely kind. They’ve changed tires cheaper elsewhere, but I’m perfectly happy.

I	Ildikó Hortobágyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Múlthéten volt egy csúnya defektem, csupán csak egy 100 szöget szedtem össze valahol, ami nemkis bosszúságot okozott.Már a recepción a hölgy nagyon kedvesen fogadott, megkérdezte miben segíthet, majd én, sajnos defektet kaptam azt szeretném javíttatni, fél perc sem telt el máris jöttek és vitték a kerekemet, érzékeny búcsút vettem tőle majd beültem az autóba és vártam, hát alig vettem levegőt máris hozták a kerekem meg is lepett, hogy ilyen hamar kész lett, mondtam is a recepciós hölgynek, hogy kész is van. Fizettem és boldogan távoztam. Csak ajánlani tudom gyors és kedves kiszolgálás!!!! ? Last week I had a nasty puncture, I only picked up a 100 nails somewhere, which caused a bit of annoyance. Mikor jelezte a diszpécser hölgy néhány nappal korábban, hogy a rendelés átvehető, foglalt is nekem időpontot az átszereléshez. Picit előbb odaértem, mint a megbeszélt 13.00, végig kommunikáltak velem, nagyon kedvesen elmondta a hölgy a tudnivalókat, minden kérdésemre válaszolt, a srácok pedig villámgyors precíz munkát végeztek, nagyon elégedett vagyok. Ha csak fele ilyen szintű szolgáltatást nyújtanának más cégek is az országban, mind boldog emberek lennénk.
