Garanciális ügyem volt velük, egy nem is náluk vásárolt termékkel. Gyors, lényegretörő reakció, kommunikáció, stabil ügyéntézés. Mikor elkészült a készülék, képesek voltak felhívni azért, hogy a válaszcímre jöhet-e a csomag, megoldott-e a zökkenőmentes csomagátvétel, vagy inkább küldjék máshova. A termék meghibásodásának lehetséges okára, annak elhárítására 100%-osan kimerítő szakmai választ kaptam. Én teljesen elégedett vagyok velük. Nagyon sok internetes rendeléssel van dolgom, de ennyire zsírzottan nagyon ritkán mennek a dolgok... Csak azért 5 csillag, mert 6-ot nem lehet adni. Még nem vásároltam náluk, de ezen változtatok.

Második nap jeleztem nekik, hogy a termék szerintem hibás, elküldtem szerintük semmi baja. Visszaküldettem velük adva még egy esélyt, de szerintem továbbra sem volt jó. Pénzvisszatérítést kértem. Az hagyján, hogy saját költségen 2030ft ért küldtem vissza, de azt, hogy az 54990ft os termékből még 5000ft ot levontak, amikor hibátlan állapotban volt a doboz is, az már nem ok. Senkinek nem ajánlom a boltot!!! I ordered a Marshall Emberton Bluetooth speaker from them, it came soon there was no problem. The second day I informed them that I thought the product was defective, I sent them there was nothing wrong. I sent them back with them giving them another chance, but I don’t think it was still good. I asked for a refund. I left it back for 2030ft at my own expense, but the fact that another 5000ft was deducted from the 54990ft product when the box was also in perfect condition is no longer a reason. I do not recommend the store to anyone !!!

Megyek olyan üzletbe ahol szivesen látják a vásárlót. Unfortunately, this business is really quite gas, I didn't get a response to more information requests. Kiszallítás esetén jó lenne több futárcég közötti választás (a gls futárokkal csak negatív tapasztalatom van) , szerencsére van gls automatás opció. I'm happy with the store.
