★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought this was a serious shop. The website looks absolutely perfect and I hope the local service inside the shop is also very well. However my experience was not so well and I experienced something different than expected. I asked Kácsa Audió to register me and at 29th October 2021 I almost immediately got an reply from ms. Szabó-Pápay at 9:36. She asked very kind for some details (like VAT number, name and address) to complete the registration process. I replied on the same day (29th October 2021) at 15:28. After that, no response and no further action was taken. Meanwhile I have found another supplier. But it such a shame, nice webshop with nice articles (not only the plugs, also articles like the wooden cable elevators are interesting), but I received no further service at all. Such a shame. I have been waiting for months, but I definitely got no reply (also not in the spambox). Very strange.
