A garanciális ügyintézést, nagyon hamar rendezték, szervízelték. De hogy pontos időt is tudjak mondani, 2 NAP alatt sikerült szervízelniük! Ami nagyon nagyon pozítiv szerintem! Ezenkívül a dolgozók kedvessége is nagyon a toppon van! Nagyon elégedett vagyok a hazai Sennheiser szervízzel! Csak így tovább srácok / lányok, ti vagytok a legjobb szervízesek! ♥ Very fair team, very helpful, all my questions were answered very quickly both on Facebook and via email! The warranty administration was arranged and serviced very soon. But to be able to say the exact time, they managed to service in 2 DAYS! Which I think is very, very positive! V	V L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voltam itt még régebben egy kontakthibás HD25 SPII garanciális javítása kapcsán, hát, a szőkés hajú szemüveges szervizes gyerekük összevissza játszotta a kiskirályt, mert nem voltak ott a főnökei. Dobálgatta a fejhallgatómat a keverőpult mellett, konstatálva, hogy tényleg nem szól az egyik oldala. Amikor meg jelezni szerettem volna neki, hogy ugyan óvatosabban bánjon már a fejhallgatómmal, megelőzött az idegbeteg üvöltözésével, hogy "hogy az istenbe lehet így tönkretenni egy kábelt", meg hogy "körberöhög minket az anyavállalat, hogy új kábelt adunk ki ingyen". Azt már meg se hallotta tőlem, hogy eleve otthoni körülmények között használtam a (mobilis felhasználásra tervezett) fülest, vigyázva minden elemére és mégis így jött ki rajta elég hamar a hiba. Végül kicserélte nagy nehezen a kábelt garanciális javítás lévén, de épp csak az anyámba nem küldött el, amiért nem kellett érte fizetnem. Nyilván nekem is van jobb dolgom, mint hogy egyetlen kábel miatt szaladgálgassak másik városba a szabadidőmben, nem az motivált, hogy tönkretegyem őket anyagilag (lol). Biztos jó biznisz túlárazott alkatrészekkel lehúzni a vásárlókat, az árlistájuk alapján mindenki eldöntheti magának, hogy megéri-e neki ilyen dolgokkal vacakolni. Egyébként ahogy láttam, a "rendes" HD25-nél is típushiba a kontaktosság (30+ év alatt sem tudta megoldani a gyártó problémát, vagy csak nem akarta), szóval ezek alapján inkább a Sennheisert kellene körberöhögni, ahogyan nem tudnak normális fejhallgatót gyártani. Obviously I have a better job to do than run around another city in my spare time for a single cable, not motivated to ruin them financially (lol). It’s certainly good business to pull customers off with overpriced parts, and based on their price list, everyone can decide for themselves if it’s worth it to mess with things like that. By the way, as I saw, even the "normal" HD25 has a type defect in contact (it couldn't solve the manufacturer's problem in 30+ years, or it just didn't want to), so based on that, I would rather laugh at Sennheiser the way they can't make normal headphones.
