Írnom sem kell, hogy mindig én írtam nekik, mire ők egy-egy választ visszaírtak. A végén nem tudták megoldani a helyzetet, és én kellett a saját bankomhoz forduljak. Ilyen szintű amatőrséget és nemtörődömséget egy komoly cég nem engedhet meg magának. Sőt, a 10. bérlés után ingyenesen felajánlották a nagyobb kategóriájú autót, ugyancsak ingyenes GPS el. Ha mindenképpen negatív dolgot kellene említsek, hogy esőben, sötétben kicsit nehézkes egy autó sérüléseinek a feljelölèse. Erről mondjuk nem tehetnek, és végülis a két hetes autón nem is találtunk sok jelölni valót... Részemről ez akadály lesz a jövőben, ha bérelnék valamit. Sajnos ma kénytelen leszek elnézni a bankba. Lassan két órája ülök a bankban. A bank azt mondja nem kaptak értesítést az összeg törléséről. Tehát valami hiba történt. A bank szerint ha nem jövök be, akkor 30 napig visszafogják az összeget. Bár azt mondták nekem a bérlésnél ez nem kártyás vásárlás. A bankom azt mondja ez bizony kártyás vásárlásként van nyilvántartva. Szuper. Levelet kell írni a banknak, hogy mi a helyzet. A bank 30 napon belül válaszol. F	F . A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading of the poor service and rip-offs others had experienced at Hertz and other companies in Budapest we took our hotel reception recommendation and used Avalon. The car was reserved the day before and the representatives Adam and Thomas arrived on time the following day. All the documentation was explained clearly and the car was clean and in good condition. Our security deposit was charged at delivery and refunded promptly the next day. We left the car overnight on the street and advised reception and it was collected without incident the next day. Excellent experience all around. I would highly recommend the company and the polite representatives.
