Habe gedacht: wenn ich OHNE PROBLEME Auto mieten will, dann bei einer Firma, der "bekannt" ist. Hier ist wichtig der gute Ruf. Und tatsächlich: habe einen nagelneuen Ford Focus bekomme.
Die zwei Jungs waren beide sehr nett.

Everything was perfect, I can only recommend.
I thought: if I want to rent a car WITHOUT PROBLEMS, then at a company that is "known". Here is the important reputation. And indeed: got a brand new Ford Focus.
The two boys were both very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, they are kind. Very kind. And did try their best. The problem was with Amex booking/system, but I had to leave without car. So only 4 stars due to this frustration, though I think they might deserve 5 actually. Sorry guys.

Barnabas went beyond the call of duty & arranged to deliver and collect our excellent Mercedes GLC to the Marriott Hotel. We rented the car for 10 days and the consideration shown was wondering & enriched our time in Hungary.. It was very hot and we didn’t know our way around on public transport & the courtesy of delivering & collecting the car, helped us a great deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cars are great, prices are fair, upgrades are frequent, opening hours are a bit short and the staff behind the desk could be just a little bit nicer eg. they let me wait outside the office not letting me in (door was closed, while we were in the official opening hours) while looking very busy behind the computer, and gesturing me wildly to stay put. weird.
