Quick procedure, nice clean car. Be prepared to pay the deposit around 500 EUR that will be returned in a week if everything is okay with the car, no fines etc.

I chose this company following the good reviews and the offer they mention online. You need to request a quote online, but usually you need to call again to force your request (a proper online booking system would be easier). Prices are in Euro and different from the ones stated online, (expect euro-huf conversion - not practical if you live in HU). You don't get the car you chose, simply the category, which fine in most cases - We were surprised by a petrol model although we wanted diesel. Vehicles are old unlike stated in the offer, we had a 2018 Opel Corsa but it was alright. You pay for border crossing and unlimited mileage unlike the free offer stated in the website. When the car is delivered, the guy who explains feels like it's provoking, if you do this you pay this much, if you break this you pay this much, C'mon, like we never rented a car before, plus the car is old and amorted. When we handed out the car, it was clean from the inside, but had some rain marks from the outside, nothing major, he insisted on paying the carwash (4000HUF) a rip off - Auto Wash costs 900HUF, I said alright I pay with card although it was not mentioned before, the car is not dirty, he said we will take it from the deposit..c'mon.. Deposit is euro or huf but it gets stuck for more than 2 weeks, I had to request the funds release from my bank as they didn't respond via email nor give me a date or reason why the funds are locked. ---- Update: Deposit was returned, the staff explained that it was an error out of their hands, but at least the deposit is back now and the trick is to cancel the transaction from the terminal. All good now!

Me and my friends rented a car here at United Rent a Car Autókölcsönző - Budapest and we had a great experience! We met the car rental agent at the airport and we subscribed the rental agreement in 10 minutes! (note that rental agreement are really good and convenient) The staff is also very liable, accurate and friendly. The car was definitely better than expected and we enjoyed it so much! If I will come to Hungary again, I will absolutely choose again this company! I recommend it! 5 stars :) Marco

I rented a car from United this summer for a 6 week European trip. Since I arrived in Vienna Austria the car had to be delivered to Vienna Airport from Hungary and return was same place. All this during a Covid-19 pandemic with international border crossings required. United delivered the car in the agreed place and time and the return was seamless as well. Nice car as agreed. Highly recommend them . Honest and reliable company .

Great place to rent a car. Stuff was nice and healpfull. We allways get on contact fast if we needed. Even if we have some misunderstod company was king and understending. ☺️ Cars is kinda new so its feels safe to drive long distance.

I have rented cars in this company 4 times (last was in September 2021). First was Opel Astra K, then Citroen C5 and Opel Mokka X (new, 2018/05). All the cars were good. Communicate with the company by email for making a car reservation. Friendly guys. Friendly prices. Deposit for each time was 500Euro. No extra payments and hidden fees. Strongly recommended. Will I take a car the next time? Of course, I'll do. Update: October 2021. I have rented a car for a long time (from 5 September till 10 October). It was not only the best price as always but also a brand new car. So I had got Toyota Corolla, mileage was about 11 000 km. Engine 1.5L, turbo, manual transmission, but with adaptive cruise control which was very helpful. Also, they gave me a child seat and it was FREE! Which is very good for this long period. The car was clean and very good. I'm very glad that the company is still very good after such not easy times. (photo of the Corolla below)
