★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balassagyarmati látogatásunkkor nem tudtam ugyan a templomkertbe bejutni, de az utcàról is látható volt, hogy a templom felújítási munkái folynak, s bizonyára ezért, a lelkészség templom felöli falánál helyezték el ideiglenesen a Reform500-as emlékkövet.
A 2017-ben a budapesti Kàlvin tér térburkolatába, a reformáció 500 éves évfordulója emlékére kihelyezett 95 emlékkő egyikének másodpéldánya látható e templomkertben.
 Although I could not get into the church garden during our visit to Balassagyarmat, it was also visible from the street that the church was being renovated, and for this reason, the Reform500 memorial stone was temporarily placed on the church-side wall of the pastoral church.
In 2017, a duplicate of one of the 95 memorial stones placed in the pavement of Kàlvin Square in Budapest to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the Reformation can be seen in this church garden.
