A székek háttámla nélküliek, kényelmetlenek, pedig ha hátra lehetne dőlni, jobban élvezthetné az ember a képernyőn a végtelenített kormánypropagandát. Több mint 1 héttel előtte kellett foglalni időpontot, 40km-ről jöttünk ide, de a forgalmi csak digitálisan volt meg (minden más ott volt eredetiben). Ezt a problémát nem tudta áthidalni, mondjuk úgy hogy rendkívül rugalmatlan volt és nem megoldani akarta a problémát. Többet ide biztos nem jövünk. I wanted to deal with a change of operator. Mikor csak egy nyomtatványt akartam elkérni, hogy, mire sorra kerülünk ne akkor kelljen kitölteni, az ügyintéző rám mordult: "Nem látja, hogy telefonálok?". Nos akkor felháborodásomban azonal elmentem Tapolcán ezt 10 percen belül elntézték és még mosolyogtak is.
