A gyerekeimnek rendeltem komplett szoba berendezést, nem tartották a határidőket, nem tájékoztattak, hogy késni fog a szállítás. Határidő lejárja után két és fél héttel személyesen a boltban érdeklődtem mégis mikorra várható a megrendelt termékek, de még mindig nem tudták megmondani, hogy mikorra várható a beérkezés. Kértem, hogy ami már itt van azt szállítsák ki. Szállításkor szembesültem azzal, hogy amit személyes egyeztetés alkalmával ígértek pont az nincs a szállító lapon. Így ismét felhívtam Őket és csak akkor közölték, hogy tévedtek még sincs itt az állítólag raktáron lévő bútor. Azt is közölték, hogy személyes megkeresésem után már tudták, az állítólag raktáron lévő bútor még sincs raktáron! Nem voltak hajlandók a felhívni, hogy személyesen tévesen tájékoztattak!
