Az edzés 30 percig tartott amelyhez első alkalommal nem fűztem túl sok reményt. Kicsit szokatlan volt a rezgő táblán végezni a gyakorlatokat de hatékonyságát tekintve nem gondoltam volna hogy jobban megdolgoztat 30 perc alatt mint az edzőtermi 1-1.5-2 órás edzés. Ráadásul utána kellemesebben is érzetem magamat. Természetesen nagyban függ a hatékonyság hogy milyen gyakorlatokat végeznek a gépen és mennyi ideig. Mindenesetre a tréner jó kis programot állított össze. Patakokban folyt rólam a víz. A hely nem túl nagy de a célnak tökéletesen megfelel. Tiszta és modern, elegáns igényes kis öltözővel recepcióval és a tréner is nagyon jó. Ide biztosan vissza fogok még menni. Időpontot azonban érdemes foglalni. I only went to this place out of curiosity because this gym is next to the gym. The workout lasted 30 minutes which for the first time I didn’t have too much hope for. It was a bit unusual to do the exercises on the vibrating board but in terms of effectiveness I wouldn’t have thought it would work out better in 30 minutes than a 1-1.5-2 hour workout in the gym. Plus, I feel more comfortable afterwards. Of course, the effectiveness depends largely on what exercises are performed on the machine and for how long. In any case, the trainer put together a good little program. Water flowed from me in streams. The place is not very big but it fits the purpose perfectly. Clean and modern, elegant with a sophisticated small dressing room with reception and the trainer is also very good. I will definitely go back here again. However, it is worth booking an appointment.
