★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Spa with lots of indoor and outdoor pools, different types of saunas, playrooms for kids, cinema room and a huge park. Absolutely family and kid friendly, so most probably there will be a lot of kids around. The food is great. Some minor points on which the host could make improvements is like closing the kids playroom earlier than 21:00 as the noise is very disturbing for the nearby room's occupants or a bit of more attention from the waiters (I waited 30 minutes for a bottled beer and once they brought water instead of the ordered beverage).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superior hotel, nice and clean rooms, cute animals and the whole is surrounded by the forest. Delicious and rich breakfast and dinner. Healthy foods, cardio corner, different types of saunas and very good spa. Different programs and playing fields for children.
Safe parking space.
Everything for a perfect holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice hotel, generally ok to go and switch off for a couple of days.
bar is like in all hotels pricy it is child oriented and it makes sense to go in warmer weather for outside activities and pools.
as far as game room goes the fact that all accessories have to be asked for at the reception could be put out on a sign at the reception (i did not see one). so after i went all the way through the hotel to the (matrix room) to find a sign telling me the controllers are at the reception…
just my 2cents. all in all a nice place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, childcentric, child friendly "adventure" hotel with a wonderful child friendly spa too. It would be great if there were some water slides too, but still fun. Highly recommend a vacation there if you have children. The entire family would love it. Prices have soared in the last 2 years but even 1 or 2 nights there could be lots of fun with kids. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. Id recommend a self serve "ice cream bar" for kids (and adults) as an inexpensive addition to their fantastic bufe. The treasure hunts and kids activities are fantastic!

So nice location and so nice building design.
Extremely well trained staff and very friendly and polite, helpful. Kids and family friendly from all points of view.
Clean and fancy. Rooms are big and very well equipped. Sound proof is very good.
Food is amazing, very well cooked and so tasty. So many choices.
The evening kids disco is such a good idea.
The only thing "we" didn't like was the mattress of the bed, for us was too strong.
I could write so much more, but for what. Do not wait, book your room and enjoy this awesome place.
