Viszont maga a cég haladhatna a korral és jó lenne ha az ügyek többségét interneten keresztül is el lehetne intézni. I've had to deal with this several times lately. M	Mária Marko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tisztelt Szolgáltató! Sajnos a vízóra cserével megbízott vállalkozónak nem sikerült az egyeztetett időpontot tartani. A szolgáltató van a lakosságért nem pedig fordítva, nem szívességet tesz hanem a munkáját végzi, mint ahogy nekem és a férjemnek is kellett volna abban a időben amikor a szerelőt vártuk, jó sokáig feleslegesen. Valószínűleg lehetne olyan vállalkozást is találni aki normálisan ellátná a rábízott munkát. Nem szerencsés dolog, hogy a munkadíjat készpénzben nekünk kell kifizetni, jobb helyeken ezt úgy oldották meg, hogy a számlához írták. A tíz perces munka miatt a munkahelyünkről két órát késtünk, köszönjük a felhasználóbarát ügyintézést, ha van lehetőség időpont egyeztetésre szép volna ha be is tartanák és nem pedig egy maszek munka miatti megbeszélés miatt várakoztatnának meg. A Bt . egyik munkatársa osztotta meg velem ezt az infót, 8 órai kezdés helyett 9 után indult ide a szerelő, mert egy fürdőszoba átalakítást beszéltek éppen meg. Háromszor kellett az ügyfélszolgálatot felhívni, és szájbarágósan elmagyarázni, hogy hány köbméter általányt szeretnék fizetni. Valahogy nem sikerült eltalálni a számot nekik, amit bemondtam. De ami egyszerűen nonszensz, 10 .-én még sehol sincs a számlájuk . Már minden csekk be van fizetve mire nagy nehezen megjön a " drága vízmű számlája" Na ha nekik ennyire nem sürgős ezután nekem sem lesz, ha nem ér ide időben akkor a következő hónapban lesz befizetve.
