However, they shaved a piece of my head skin off which I didn't notice when being shaved, and I think the guy noticed because it clearly bled a bit, but he pretended not knowing and never apologized (I wouldn't have asked for any compensations but an apology). It hurts when hit by winds... Never going again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is great with the place itself, the staff is friendly and the fact that you are offered beverages makes you feel like you are treated well.
However I'm a bit disappointed with the beard treatment. I've been there 3 times and no matter how I stated that I don't want drastic length and style change with my beard, they are doing their "thing" because they think it looks cool. The problem is that's not what you asked for.
To be fair, they are great professionals with an artistic style, and I can respect that. Every artist likes to apply their style when possible, but please note that not everyone wants something fancy of flashy, sometimes people just want something plain and simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are unprofessional and seem to be in the kinder-garden, joking all the time than even the youngster who cut my hair got distracted and messed up my hair. For that price I would better go Paris, honestly a very bad experience. Do not waste your money here, there are better places in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, I arrived with 7mins delay & he refused cutting my hair in a disrespectful way while laying down on the chair & putting his legs on table, the atmosphere didn't even look like a barber shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Józsi and Richard are the best (personal impression) at the shop but basically everybody who cuts there any kind of hair on the head of a guy are talented (and highly supervised by the older, more experienced barbers) so... highly recommended!
On the one hand do not forget to leave your girls at home 'cause at this place girls are not allowed to stay? It's not a place for cutting any sorts of female hair.
On the other hand you can drink a Jamieson, a Pilsner Urquel, a coffee or mineral water for free while you are waiting for your barber or even during your treatment.
