Nagyon kedvesek a fodrászok, és kitűnő a minőség, csak ajánlani tudom ?

Nagyon jó tapasztalatom van! Ha haj problèmàd van vagy szüksèged van parókàra mert beteg vagy,itt segítenek!! Megèrtès kedvessèg segítőkèszsèg vàr!

Húgom nála volt Balayage-t csinaltatni. Amikor közeledtek a végeredmény felé akkor szólt, hogy nem teljesen így képzelte el, szeretett volna világosabb szőkét. Természetesen negmutatta a képet is, hogy mire gondol, ami a fodrász úr előző munkája volt. Erre a válasz az volt, hogy elengedek 10%-ot. Számomra felfoghatatlan, hogy egy mesterfodrász ne a tökéletes hajat próbálja elkészíteni amit a vendég szeretett volna, hanem "kedvezménybe" részesítse! A pláne az volt, hogy egy ekkora munkánál meg plusz két beeső vendéggel is foglalkozott. Szerintem az 5 ezer forintos kedvezmény helyett a célnak sokkal inkább annak kellett volna legyen, hogy elkészítse a kért, és régóta várt hajat....

First and foremost do not sit down here without asking first how much it will be for the service you require as they are very expensive even on a western scale, furthermore the owner Gergely Laszlo is not much less than a conartist and has some of the worst customer service skills I have witnessed from a private enterprise. We have given them the opportunity to resolve and try to repair a clear and simple mistake on their part which they taken, only to charge us full price for the repair as opposed to let say charge materials only or even better charge nothing as their simple unprofessional mistake wrecked a 15 year old girl's birthday.Above this they also kept harassing the young girl and blaming her for everything that happened while she was sitting in their chair with wet hair unable to leave.No I would not recommend this establishment, not even as a joke on someone. Please save yourself there is many great and honest hairstylists in Szeged besides this dreadful and intimidating place.Oh and at last what we thought was the icing on the cake, they blamed my daughter for not speaking perfect Hungarian so she misunderstood them!Are you kidding, I mean for real!? You have a crew who is between 30 and 40 and you don't speak English on even a basic level in one of the most important turist and University destinations in Europe. Wow!
