Amikor először Amerikában találkoztunk a valódi barbecue-val, azonnal tudtuk, hogy ezt el kell hoznunk Magyarországra. Rengeteg kutatómunka előzte meg, hogy ma igazi, kiváló minőségű, autentikus BBQ ételeket szolgálhassunk fel éttermünkben. Hazánkban egy nagyon szűk kör foglalkozik ezzel a műfajjal igényesen. Sikerült a legjobbaktól tanulnunk, és egy magyar manufaktúrában gyártott szmókert vásárolnunk, ami képes a legjobb minőségű húsok elkészítésére. Lassan, füstön, ahogy Ti, ahogy mi szeretjük.

The toothpick was delicious, the salad could have been washed better because the sand crackled under my teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egyszerűen borzalmas. Mind az ára, mind az étel. Félig nyers húst kap az ember, rá égett fűszerel. Sajnálom hogy ekkora csalódás volt ez a hely, pedig jónak tűnt.
It's just awful. Both the price and the food. You get semi-raw meat, you burn spices on it. I’m sorry this place was so disappointing, even though it looked good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Értékelhetetlen volt az étel, a hasáb tocsogott az olajban, a húsnak minimális íze volt csak. Nem ajánlom senkinek, ennyi pénzért nem ezt várná az ember.
The food was priceless, the logs were stuttering in the oil, the meat had only a minimal taste. I would not recommend it to anyone, for that much money one would not expect that.
